I ordered this bed and it was delivered less than 24 hours later. The service was excellent and the quality of the bed is brilliant. Will definitely purchase with them again!

Go elsewhere

Would not buy from this company again - damaged bed, didn’t arrive when said & when it did only box 1 of 2 came with the 2nd box a week later even though I had cancelled my order. I had to do lots of chasing. You also don’t get a refund until the box is on the lorry even though I emailed photos of the damage. The bed is also not coming from Better Bed Company it’s from another supplier. Lee was very helpful over the phone though but still wouldn’t buy from them again as clearly they don’t check the beds before dispatch.

I would like to sincerely thank Lee for the outstanding service he provided. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I received the bed I ordered the very next day. I contacted him several times, even on Sunday, with different questions, and each time he was patient, professional, and extremely helpful. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had!

Brilliant company

I would highly recommend Better Bed Company for their competitive prices, quality mattresses & brilliant customer service. I ordered a mattress from them but encountered a problem so I got in touch & Lee was really helpful, he sorted it all out, arranged everything with the warehouse & kept me informed throughout, he also resolved my issue faster than I thought it was going to be so that's a bonus too! I would definitely use this company again & would be happy to recommend them to others too.

I had to contact customer service as I needed a delivery address change– the response was incredibly prompt and helpful. Lee solved my problem in seconds and the experience was seamless.

Tracking didnt work via shop app but delivery was made and confirmed by seller

Nice mattress, arrived slightly late but the seller replied to me quickly when i enquired and the matress was delivered

FIVE STARS Better Bed Company 👏🏌

Better Bed Company are both competitive in price and quality.

The Ottoman Bed I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and at least a third of the price of other retailers.

The delivery was within a week, the items were well packaged, and the drivers were both courteous and friendly, having telephoned me in advance of their eta.

Excellent all round.

Great Price, Efficient, Friendly, Worth a go!

I placed an order for my new home but then the date changed for the move in date. Lee from the better bed company was super efficient and delayed the delivery date for me so it coincided with the new move in date. Top notch service and I am really pleased with the mattress I bought. If you get the chance give these guys a go definitely worth it :)

Good Quality, very pleased

Ordered a bed and mattress, very pleased, bed delivered as arranged. Lovely, nice quality, good price. I highly recommend this company. I had a slight hiccup with the delivery company, but Lee at Better Beds got it sorted for me.
