Ordered a double bed, wrong item sent that wasn’t as described or in the photo of the item I ordered. After much arguing with Lee and insisting to keep, they agreed to collect- then they went silent with my money and the item collected leaving my son without a bed for weeks. Chased and chased- Had to get PayPal involved in the end to reverse the charge. Absolute crooks

Great service, sorted out a delivery address error straight away for us, highly recommend!

I was not able to return an item despite it being new and unused. The websites return policy is ambiguous at best and I received an informal response saying the item would 'have to go in the skip'. There was no effort to try and resolve the issue despite the website claiming they 'pride themselves on service' and 'want you to be happy with your purchase'. I am now out nearly £500 for an item that I cannot use. Really disappointed with this company and would not recommend.

Would thoroughly recommend the Better Bed Company. I spoke to Lee on a Sunday about the availability of a bed. Lee promised to call me the following day, he did. I took delivery of it on the Wednesday with absolutely great service from the delivery men who carried the heavy boxes upstairs. Lee also suggested viewing a YouTube video when building the bed as well using the instructions, saying any issues to give him a call. Thursday morning I called Lee to say how impressed I was. I would certainly buy from Better Beds again. Stuart

I ordered a super king size bed and had a call the next day to say that it was out of stock until the end of January. I was given the option to cancel the order if I wanted but I decided to wait as it wasn’t urgent. I then got offered discount by another company and upon contacting Better Beds they matched it immediately. Excellent service

Mattress arrived today great service thanks, however it would have been 5 stars but we had no notification that is was being delivered today so I had just got in when it arrived one man in a white van, so quite fortunate. Everything fine anyway.

Had not heard of this company before, I found they had the best price for a Kaydian Walkworth bed that I was looking at.
The same bed was almost 50% more expensive at bigger name retailers.

I checked them out for reviews and all seemed good, so I placed my order late on 30th December.
Got a call the following morning to agree a delivery date.
The day before delivery I got some messages from the delivery company, but noticed a minor discrepancy in the info, so called Better Bed Company.
All sorted within minutes by Lee (good name that), and full tracking available from the delivery company the following day.
Delivery was yesterday, had chance to assemble the bed today and all is good.

Ordering from a company you've never heard of is often a hesitant experience, but sometimes you've got to follow your instincts, and I'm pleased I did.

Wanted to purchase the correct bed and after having a chat with Lee I made my mind up that I would definitely purchase from here. Lee was happy to answer any questions I had.
Delivery was really quick too and the bed is amazing quality! To top it up he even called me when I was struggling to assemble the last parts! That’s amazing customer care

Really great experience buying from this company. I ordered 2 rugs and one was delayed. I was called within 24 hours of ordering to explain this. Really helpful staff.

Lovely mattress..had one previously and so easy to choose another. Very pleased

The process we experienced did not match what was conveyed to us via phone when we called to ask how to arrange purchase and deliver to accommodate a specific range of dates. The delivery is now projected over a week later than expected even after being purchased and fully paid on 12th of November...nearly 3 weeks to process. Very difficult to confirm anything.

A particular bed, having been listed as in stock and being prepared for shipment, now won't be delivered until who knows when. For various reasons it needs to be delivered to my daughter, who got the phone call. It would have been nice to get an email with some sort of firm information.

Delivery speedy, mattress of a good standard. You really could not ask for more. My old man suffering from the old mattress, so very pleased to have found Better Bed!!

This is the second time I bought mattress from this shop and I won’t go anywhere else. The mattress arrived on the next day and the whole thing experience was great.

I ordered the bedframe as the website led me to believe it would be 2 to 7 days. I ordered 6 days ago and still waiting for a text to confirm delivery date.

I e-mailed last week and the reply said I'd get one early this week. Tmrw is Wed so by my understanding that is mid week.
