Do not buy from this company, despite cancelling my subscription money keeps being taken from my account. I have reported and blocked them with my bank, hopefully that will stop further payments.
The products aren’t worth buying either.

WORST ever. No way to get in touch with customer service but email not even a chat bot...

I made one order for a specific face cream, they then sent me a different random cream I NEVER ordered. I have attempted to cancel with minimal success DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!! There is no way at all on the website to cancel I removed my payment method but could not do anything else.

Please don’t shop with Bexelora I didn’t even buy anything and they are trying monthly to get 18.80 pound from my bank I have let the company this they have done nothing rip-off

Tried and cancelled second month. Got a cancellation receipt but they still sent me and charged me two more times despite many emails. Now bank is involved.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Same as others. I ordered a product one time. Now I have SEVERAL email cancellation confirmations directly from them, but they still continue to charge my card. Last month, I received a random product in the mail after receiving their CONFIRMATION of CANCELLATION. I had no idea what it was or where it came from. It wasn't even the same product I ordered over the one time months prior. They will charge you and send you random garbage to show the shipping. I'll be disputing with the bank now.

DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CONMEN. I ordered one tube when it came it had subscription on the invoice I emailed immediately told them it was a one off they replied with Subscription cancelled. The next month I got a pre notice of delivery I emailed again and once again they replied with cancelled confirmation but still took the money and delivered what is a con of a product. Now this third month it's happened again same outcome that's 3 cancel confirmations they've still taken the money and I now have 3 products that are basically rubbish. I have been on to my bank to hopefully stop anymore money being taken. I will cancel my card if I have to. It's impossible to contact them other than the email I've emailed 3 times over the last 2 days with no reply. Do not buy anything from them. Utter conmen!

I had no problems with billing or subscription settings.

Scam scam scam - they will steal your credit card info like they did mine. Cancel your card immediately. I have been charged three times for items I didn't purchase.

If I could’ve written this review with no stars I would’ve. FRAUDSTERS! This is the kind of company that makes you want to go back to the horse & cart! I NEVER do subscriptions so when they kept charging regardless of contact and informing them to stop my bank blocked them. SCAMMers of the first order!

I bought their face cream but quickly realised that they are peddling fake ‘French’ products which do nothing for skin. I cancelled my subscription immediately (all within the Terms and Conditions) but 2 months later, they defrauded my bank account by taking money and sending me their product. The confirmation email arrived at 2 am - clearly orchestrated in the assumption I would be asleep and wouldn’t spot it. I sent them a strongly worded email, received an apology and refund which never arrived. It’s just happened again so I’m kicking myself for not contacting my bank directly to get them blocked. Awful company - do NOT give them your bank information.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought a product online once and they automatically enrolled me into a subscription, which I cancelled instantly and received confirmation of the cancellation. At the end of the subscription period it automatically renewed and charged me again. I re-cancelled and received confirmation of the cancellation but today was charged AGAIN. The product is useless and I’ve now paid for it 3 times, despite only having ordered it once. They keep your card details and automatically charge you. I am now in the process of cancelling my card with my bank as I have no way to remove the card from their records.

Ordered with Bexelora and discovered that the product wasn’t suited to my skin. I had signed up to a subscription which I then cancelled, I received confirmation from them of the cancellation - This took place in September. In December I received an email saying my order was on the way and payment had been taken. I contacted them and they confirmed my subscription had been cancelled but did not acknowledge the payment which had been taken. When I eventually received the item it was half full and not the item I had originally ordered. The same happened again this month, I have now contacted my bank about the fraudulent activity. I really wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering from the company. Absolute scammers!!
