Cancelled subscription, months later they began charging my account again. Emailed, they again said it was cancelled but they kept taking money. Ignored my emails time after time for my requests to delete my information and refund the money they took illegally..
Lodged a dispute with my bank after months of this occurring, they are giving me a refund after sending in the supporting documents (confirmed cancellations etc)
I think it was a sneaky tactic to hope I wouldn’t notice the transaction and they could keep getting money out of me.

AVOID this company at all costs.
Don’t fall for marketing gimmicks.

I recommend putting every new company through chat GPT and asking for reviews / if the company is real or fake.

I never wrote reviews but I am so appalled by this business I felt the need to help others.

It If I could give it zero stars I would. I have cancelled my subscription back in august and have all the emails to prove this. All of a sudden they are saying I’ve got a subscription. They have taken almost £40 from my account without my consent. They say the subscription is cancelled and it’s just an error. The product isn’t even arriving and I have ring doorbell proof of this. I am furious.

Same experience as the others. They keep taking my money after I cancelled the subscription in August.

First of all, I only received half of my order second of all they did not want to compensate me for in need anything so I wouldn’t recommend this product to a dog’s ass thanks

Terrible company. Keep charging my card despite me contacting them loads. I’ve had the payments blocked by my bank. Tried again today but luckily haven’t succeeded. Don’t go near

FRAUD!!!This is a fraudulent company/scam!!!! I never signed up for anything with them. The some how have hacked my acct info. And 3 times now have charged my acct. after each time I contacted them to stop charging my acct. and reimburse me. And three times now they said they have cancelled my “subscription” and I will no longer be billed. Never gave me money back. Never even told me what this was for!!! I am about to take legal action on this company if anyone else is with me!!!!

I made a one-time purchase and was later charged twice for a subscription I never signed up for. Even after confirming cancellation, the charges continued due to what the company said was a system error. I had to cancel my credit card to stop further charges.
Customer service acknowledged the issue, but the experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Monitor your billing closely if you purchase from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing

Didn’t even know I had a subscription till one day I got sent a cream I know I hadn’t ordered. Long story short I figured out it must have come through insta someone- When I went onto the website the cream I was sent wasn’t even the one linked to my anccount. Anyway I notice £30 coming out of my account- and when I looked carefully at my statements I realised they had taken 6 payments and sent me 1 Inaccurate product. It’s near impossible to cancel a subscription from these guys and going on the website will drive you mad. But here’s how you cancel- go back into your emails (the one linked to your insta/ facebook account where you purchased from. Type in the name of the company sp belexore. You will find all the invoices. Inthe first couple you will be sent an email about ‘managing your subscription’ you have to request a link from the company to access this. Fill this in with your email. A few seconds later, the company will send you a link to - it will appear in your email. It will show you your subscriptions and the cancel button is right there. But you have to request a link to manage your subscriptions. Please check. I tried the Apple ID subscriptions method - the transaction was not appearing on there and I contacted my bank to block any future transactions. Not easy to navigate but it is possible to cancel- hope this helps

wish I saw these reviews before giving these scammers my cc info. exact same thing thats happened to everyone else here: never signed up, charged every month even though I cancelled my subscription. they are thieves. do not give your info.

Bexelora is a Scam. You will not receive your product and the tracking information is not real. No one will respond via email or telephone. DO NOT pay for this. Shopify should do better for its client...

I ordered a face cream from these people when I received email saying welcome ibut in the email I noticed subscription . I immediately emailed them back saying no I don’t want subscription I wrote very strongly I didn’t want to go ahead. I thought okay that’s done.
Busy Xmas shopping I thought no more about it until 29 dec I saw a pending payment for £30.54 I immediately contacted my bank where it was a bot type of message as it was pending I thought they will stop payment but didn’t I contacted bank to say they’ve now taken the pending payment so over £91was taken from me and U didn’t even get face cream! I’m really annoyed at my bank they said give me 39mins I’ll get back to youlThey contacted me to say we won’t take any more money like they’re doing me a favourare flagged up online but just have to anothe email

Initially purchased A313 cream in 09/2025 via Shop using Apple Pay. Cream not suitable so didn’t buy again. I made sure that I did not sign up for a subscription when purchasing.

In 12/2025, they sent me an eye firming cream that I would never use. This purchase was processed via the Shop app and Apple Pay. I did not order this item. I contacted Bexelora requesting a refund and they cancelled a “subscription.” The product that arrived wasn’t even what they sell on their website.

In 01/2026, charged again for the same product. Have raised a claim via my bank and cancelled card. Have also advised Apple of this scam and removed all payments details from Shop app and will remove completely once my parcel from another company arrives.

Complete fraud. They have “canceled my subscription” 3 times and continue to charge me and then continue to say it’s canceled but won’t answer any other emails or issue refunds.

This company fraudulently charged my credit card as if I placed an order myself. The email was sent in the middle of the night when I was asleep. When contacting customer service they would not refund my initial order but did cancel the “subscription”. They still sent the product - which looked totally different than the photo in the email and when I opened it, it felt very light. Out of curiosity I cut open the container and it was perhaps 1/8 full - that might be generous.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CARD DESPITE CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION. I REPORTED THEM FOR FRAUD AND GOT REFUNDED. THEY ARE CROOKS

Take repeated subscriptions after cancellation

The company, Bexelora has fraudulently charged my credit card several times for product I never subscribe for. when you try to contact the customer service to cancel any subscriptions it’s a complete nightmare. Thankfully, my credit card company has refunded the charges, but you need to stay on top of your account and make sure you don’t miss it. Otherwise you have to cancel your credit card.

Total scam. Sent fake product, enrolled me in an auto-ship program which I promptly cancelled (they even sent the "your subscription has been cancelled" email). They continued to charge me--without sending more fake product. THEN after I filed a dispute, they waited a few months and then charged me AGAIN. I had to file another dispute and cancel my card. Stay FAR FAR away.

Do not buy from this company. They are a fraud. There product do not work, and when you try to unsubscribe, they will continue on sending out bloody products that you don't even ask for. So DO NOT give them your credit card details. They are not even worth 1 star.

Ordered once and then shortly cancelled the subscription. I was charged 3 month later and sent some random eye cream. I emailed customer service but I was told that my subscription has been cancelled. I asked for a refund and received the same email about my subscription being canceled. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This site is a scam!!
