I was put in contact with a Financial advisor and from that moment on the process was very simple and efficient. Everyone was so helpful. It had always been my plan to release equity to boost my pension I had researched all the pros and cons myself and a competitive fixed rate was agreed.
Fees were only paid after completion. I would highly recommend this advisor

Extreamly efficient, thorough and knowledgeable on the subject of Equity release / life time Mortgages. Just for good measure I went through the quotation process with one of the National TV advertising Equity release adviser firms claiming to have exclusive deals but found they had a restricted panel of prividers !. They were un able to quote or match the best quote from Unleash Equity who found an exceptional guaranteed rate of interest from a very respected provider and the fees were over £2000 pound less.

Very impressed with Daniel Blunden at Unleash Equity. Always get two adviser firms to quote you but make sure one of them is Unleash Equity.

I needed some money out of my equity to do renovations in my house. I had contacted Unleash Equity in the past but at that time, I was not so sure of what I wanted to do. When I finally decided to take equity, I contacted a financial advisor of a company. However, I was disappointed by how they handled my request. Unleash Equity later contacted me and I must say that I have no regret at all. They were so professional, respectful and solution focused throughout the process from the beginning to the end. I will confidently recommend them to friends and family.

I am so glad I chose Unleash Equity to arrange my Life Time mortgage. I am normally quite wary of brokers as I think they are only after the commission. How wrong could I be as Daniel handled my enquiry all the way and provided absolutely excellent service. He did not pressurise me at any point but kept me updated and despite several problems along the way as I was also going through a divorce at the same time he was patient and understanding and got me a great offer. In the final stages Katrina assisted and also was excellent and sorted out several queries and chased up the necessary parties. Even though my offers expired several times due to divorce problems they gave me enormous help and support. I cannot recommend this company enough and would advise everybody to look no further than them as you can be assured that they will look after your needs and you can put your total trust in them. They also have very reasonable costs unlike a lot of other companies. WELL DONE ADAM AND YOUR WHOLE TEAM
