Although my Equity Release is not completed I have had excellent service from Daniel. He has been very patient with me and is arranging a competitive loan. He has kept me updated all along. The company works as a team which is great. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been very satisfied with the service so far provided by Unleash Equity. I initially communicated with Adam Goddard who was very helpful and the lifetime mortgage offer was obtained by Daniel Blunden whom I found ethical, well-informed and pleasant. I can happily recommend this company.

When you want to borrow a large sum of money,it’s not something you do every day,and so it’s important to have someone in your corner you can trust,and who is also knowledgeable.Daniel came up trumps on both counts,and I would happily recommend him to anybody looking for a lifetime mortgage.

I contacted Adam initially to enquire about current rates for Equity Release. As a retired Financial Adviser I already had a good knowledge of the schemes and Adam was able to tweak his advice to answer my specific questions. I want to use a loan to buy a new house rather than raise a loan on a house we already owned.
We had three attempts to buy a new home where different Equity Release amounts were needed. At all times Adam and his team adapted and adjusted the paperwork very quickly and without hassle.
At a very late stage, the buyer of our own house withdrew and we decided to abort the whole process.
Adam knows his subject and he and his team performed exemplarily throughout the whole process…..I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him and his colleagues.

From the beginning Adam was very interested in our specific situation and extremely patient and supportive. Every contact with the rest of the team including Lee and Mark has been extremely professional, well informed and helpful. The level of communication is outstanding and we have both always felt comfortable that we are being advised properly and carefully in our best interests. Unlike other companies we had contacted - at no point did they try to sell us extra products or put us under pressure. I would recommend them 100%

Very professional and immediately identified the best product for me. All required information and documents for completing and signing were sent in a timely manner to the relevant parties. At the last moment a problem was identified with the solicitor of the equity release provider but Lee took total ownership for ensuring the issue was dealt with so that no delay took place on completion. All staff are aware of the company's "active" clients which meant it didn't matter who answered the phone as they were knowledgable and easy to talk to. Because of a delay in the purchase process they had to arrange for two extensions to the original quote however, they were always polite and a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend them.

We contacted 3 separate brokers to find the best deal. Not only did Unleash Equity offer the best rate by a long way, they did so without taking hours of our time unnecessarily. We spent around 1 - 1.5 hours in total speaking with Unleashed Equity, other brokers easily took 5+ hours of our time over multiple calls to offer us a worse deal.

Initially, we were worried that the offer suggested by Unleash Equity was too good to be true. Other brokers we spoke with assured us they'd done a more thorough job and that it was impossible Unleashed Equity's suggestion would be accepted by the lender and that proceeding with this would result in a delay getting a mortgage offer. After discussing this with Adam Goddard at Unleashed Equity he assured us that there was a good chance of acceptance but accepted it may get rejected. The other brokers were recommending a product that was certain to be accepted BUT at a much higher interest rate. Time was on our side and Unleashed Equity wanted to get us the best deal.

WE'RE SO PLEASED we went with Unleash Equity. We got the best rate on the market and completed it quickly when other brokers told us this was not possible.
