My wife and I found Unleash Equity very good and would highly recommend them. When we were looking to our options regarding the remortgaging of our house we had no knowledge or experience in such matters. I am naturally very wary and cautious about trusting people or businesses I don’t know, and wanted to be sure of getting all of the necessary information before deciding on whether to use a mortgage broker or not. What I liked about Unleash Equity is that at no point during the consultation with Marcus did I feel pressurized into accepting any of the recommendations he proposed. I was simply provided with the information I needed, what was available, then left to think about things and get back to Marcus if I so wished. There was no hard sell.
We found the service we received very professional and most helpful every step of the way.

The service my wife and I received from Unleash Equity was very good. The financial adviser dealing with our case kept us fully informed at each stage of the proceedings, explaining things fully as we went along. We were given ample opportunity to ask questions and to query things and our queries were answered to our complete satisfaction. In addition, we were not 'talked down to' and felt comfortable in all discussions. The matter was concluded to our satisfaction and in an efficient manner.
The only minor issue preventing a five-star review was due to my wife's name being mis-spelt during the proceedings. A very minor point, as it turned out.

I have used Unleash Equity previously when taking out my 1st Lifetime mortgage and they were very professional, polite and knowledgeable then; I am currently redeeming this mortgage for a new one which will nett me a considerable cash sum. I had no hesitation in approaching them again and they have not let me down and as they came up with several options, one of which was excellent for my particular requirements. I can definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future should the need arise.

Full credit to Marcus in the friendly way he promptly went about securing me a mortgage. The process from the start was so simple and stress free.

Marcus has been polite, courteous and helpful with every step of the way. He explained everything fully and answered every question we put to him. There was never any occasion when he was pushy or a hard seller. We can only sing his praises.

We have had a gent called Daniel blunden who has been our rep throughout. he has been very kind, helpful and reliable. When we have had to phone the office, the staff have been great. its not over yet we are going through the process but up to now its been great.
