Vare ikke kommet eller afsendt

Har 1 januar bestilt gave til et arrangement, men 10 januar står ordren stadig som bekræftet, dvs ikke afsendt. Pengene er reserveret på kontoen og man kan ikke kontakte dem, har forsøgt både via hjemmesiden og via email. Modtager man mon dem nogensinde? De lover 1-3 dages levering…

Varen er 13 januar fortsat ikke leveret ! Man kan ikke svare deres besvarelse herinde, så det passer ikke, at den er leveret i mellem tiden.

Dårlig leveringstid

Gode priser. MEN
Lover levering på 1-3 hverdage.
Bestilte 29/12 2025 - og bevares, det har været juleferie. Men her d. 7/1 2026 har jeg stadig intet hørt. Det vil sige, at pakken ikke engang er sendt endnu. Så gad vide hvornår jeg modtager pakken.

Tétines

Depuis la naissance de ma fille je commande des tétines BIBS d’une part pour leur design et coloris très réussi et d’autre part pour un rapport qualité prix .
Effectivement les délais de livraison sont assez longs mais le suivi est mis à jour .
J’ai du faire récemment appel au service client et après vente pour une demande très particulière et ils ont répondu plus que favorablement à ma demande alors qu’ils n’en étaient vraiment pas obligé .

Lang leveringstid og mangel på returlabel

Personligt, er jeg vild med bibs.

Jeg synes det er et dejligt mærke.

Dog synes jeg at en retur seddel burde følge med i pakken når man modtager den, i tilfælde af at man evt. har bestilt forkert eller fortrudt sit køb. Jeg har ikke gennemtjekket om man kan bestille returlabel på hjemmesiden, for det kan man sikkert. Jeg siger bare at, ekstremt trætte forældre kunne gavne af at det allerede var et returlabel med i pakken.

Grunden til at jeg siger det, er egentlig fordi jeg bestilte et sæt sutteflasker, og de sutteflasker tog ca. en uge om at komme. Da de kom, var de i plastik. Jeg troede jeg havde bestilt dem i glas… det var jeg ret træt af. Men jeg har ikke noget returlabel, og i realiteten er jeg for træt og mangler inderligt overskuddet til at sende dem tilbage. Derudover mangler jeg virkelig ekstra flasker, så jeg kan heller ikke undvære dem. Derfor må jeg ta til takke med at jeg begik en fejl og bestilte dem i plastik.. desværre.

I forhold til leveringstiden kan vi se, at din pakke blev leveret på den 4. hverdag efter bestilling. Vores normale leveringstid er 1–3 hverdage, men i perioden efter Black Friday og midt i julehandlen oplever vi desværre ekstra travlhed både på lageret og hos fragtleverandørerne. Det beklager vi naturligvis.

Vi forstår også din pointe omkring returlabel. Vi tilbyder ikke returlabels, og returfragt skal derfor bestilles og betales af kunden. Din feedback er meget værdifuld, og vi tager den med videre i vores arbejde med at forbedre kundeoplevelsen.

Det er helt forståeligt, at det er ærgerligt at stå med plastikflasker, når du havde ønsket glasflasker. Det kan vi sagtens sætte os ind i, og vi værdsætter, at du deler din oplevelse.

[UPDATED] Terrible international shipping, packaging and delivery ruining an otherwise quality and aesthetic product

I spent a lot of time deciding on what products to get for my newborn and was really excited for my purchase when I chose Bibs brand because of their quality and beautiful aesthetics. But, the whole international shipping and delivery aspect of this brand has turned me off of Bibs. First, the responsibility for customs duties into my country was not very explicit, it should have been shown before the list of all the countries Bibs shipped to. I took that as my mistake and paid those unexpected costs. Second, shipment was meant to be 4 days and ended up being 15 days and transitted through US before coming to Canada from Denmark. Next, when I finally got my package, it was not in a box but just the thin plastic shipping bags which was ripped in transit. This was alarming because I purchased several glass baby bottles amongst other items. The bubble wrap was thin and very sparse as there was not enough to cover each bundles of products. The duct tape holding the wrap was directly taped onto the glass bottle boxes and product labels. It would and did rip the packaging when I removed the bubble wrap and tape. Because it was not shipped in a box, most of the product boxes and packaging was damaged and would not appear to be in a returnable condition if I do need to return anything. I am extremely disappointed with my experience of spending a lot of money on a brand that is supposed to have beautiful and quality products.

Edit: Original rating was 1 Star due to my experience. But since then, Bibs reached out and I filed a claim on their website. We were able to come to a resolution. I felt heard and they genuinely wanted to make things right so that interaction has improved my experience and my rating.

Commande non reçu

Commande passer le 22 novembre 2025, toujours rien à se jour à par un suivi DHL qui ne bouge pas car soit disant suite à un problème les informations ne sont pas communiqué.
On est le 30 novembre pas de nouvelles du services clients et ma fille a besoin de ses tétines.
Première fois que je commande les tétines sur leur site avant j’allais directement en pharmacie.
Je suis extrêmement déçu car j’étais plutôt contente que ma fille est des couleur de tétine que la pharmacie n’as pas.
Service client inexistant.

God kundeservice

Jeg havde bestilt et sæt fra bibs x moomin med suttesnor og sutter. Da jeg skal sætte en sut på anden gang knækker den? Jeg skriver til bibs og de svare inden for 24 timer om jeg vil fortælle mere om hvad der skete men at de selvfølgelig ville sende en ny hvis jeg ville have det. Der gik 3 dage så havde jeg en ny👍

Beautiful products and kind people

I have had the most lovely experience with Bibs. Their customer service is awesome and responsive. When I had a problem with my order, they refunded it. They were very kind and thoughtful. Also, their products are just beautiful. I feel a sentimental attachment to their beautiful pacifier clips and pacifiers. I wish I could just hold on to these baby items and baby moment forever. Thanks to Bibs for being a part of my baby's little life. <3

Top Kundenservice

Ein fehlendes Teil wurde mir ohne Probleme ersetzt. Der Kundenservice war herausragend und die Abwicklung erfolgte sehr schnell und unkompliziert.
Die Qualität der Produkte ist wirklich top, ich liebe diese Produkte vom Schnuller bis zum Spielzeug.

Website provides misinformation

Was gifted some BIBS dummies and purchased a microwave BIBS dummy stereliser for them. Checked on the FAQ website for instructions on how to sterelise the dummies. FAQs state that they must not exceed 100 degrees and tells you how to do it in the microwave. Contacted them as the dummies didn't look right after this, only for them to state that they need to be thrown away as you can't microwave sterelise them. In my original email I included a screenshot which showed where I found this information on their website, alongside a photo of the dummies, however they asked for this information again. They have not offered the replace the dummies or acknowledged that this error occured due to misinformation on their own website. I am due to be induced in 8 days and now have no dummies for the baby. Really disappointing because we love their aesthetic and ethos, but their customer service is too slow to respond. For something like this, they should be quickly rectifying the website to avoid further errors.

Poor service – no delivery, no response!

I placed an order with Bibs on 29th October and still haven’t received it. I emailed customer services on 4th November asking for an update and have had no response whatsoever. It’s now 7th November and there’s still no sign of my order or any communication from the company. The tracking link doesn’t show any updates, so I’ve got no idea where my parcel is. Really disappointing experience, I expected much better service and communication from a brand like this. I wouldn’t order from them again.

The order didn’t came

The order didn’t came! Tried to contact via email 2 times without reply. It’s been almost 4 weeks since the order and it hasn’t been delivered yet! It takes to long. My daughter only likes the round dummy, so it’s the only place I can buy.
Once I recived the response by the bibs team everything worked out great! I really love their products

Dårlig service ingen at kommunikere med

Jeg har d. 1 September bestilt nogle sutter fra Bibs. D. 2 September får jeg en mail om at min ordre er afsendt. Der har til dags dato ikke været nogle bevægelser på tracking nummer siden d. 2 September. Jeg har skrevet til Bibs via mail samt instagram men der er ingen som svarer tilbage. Yderligere har jeg også ringet til det nummer som står på deres hjemmeside og der er der heller ingen at komme igennem til. Jeg synes det er virkelig dårlig service da det haster og vi skal på ferie snart.
