Lavede en ordre d. 14/4, og på deres hjemmeside står der levering er 1-3 dage. Kontaktede dem pr mail efter 4 dage, har intet hørt retur og de har reserveret pengene på min konto.

Good product but catastrophic delivery !
I'm very happy about the product but the delivery is catastrophic!! Indeed it takes a lot of time, but the worse is the delivery company : they never manage to deliver (but everyone else does every week!) and I have no information about it, no email, no alert, and I have to ask for the reimbursement that I receive weeks later... shame

Good products for your baby
For the products definitely is 5 stars, but for delivery is 1. It’s took almost 1 month to deliver my parcel, and of course I thought it’s won’t come, and ordered same products from other store. Now have everything double, what is fine, but Definitely they need to change a delivery company otherwise they will loose the clients
I ordered from them second time 21.03.2025, because I like that products, and I have to change my review, because I decided to order again from them and this time I got much faster my delivery and from now I definitely can recommend to my friends and other customers

Med BIBS har jeg virkelig oplevet en super god kundeservice udover det sædvanlige! Efter en julegave glippede i juletravlheden fik jeg hjælp af to søde medarbejdere i kundeservice som hurtigt fik sendt en ny pakke - så julehumøret kom helt i top igen! 😊 Tusind tak for jer!

Lang leveringstid men fint udvalg
Super fin hjemmeside, let at overskue og fint udvalg, men hold nu op en lang leveringstid, hvilket er lige presset når man står og mangler sutter, flasker mm.
Har for tredje gang bestilt og måtte vente over 14 dage på levering, og nu er der yderligere gået 4 dage fra de var afsendt og pakke er endnu ikke kommet frem..

Bibs's CS was so SLOW
Updated: They finally replied to me. However, even though I love their products, their responsiveness was so slow
I placed an order on Nov 1st to deliver in the USA. By Nov 4th, a customer service named Victoria contacted me regarding an item that was out of stock and if I wanted to change to a different color or not. On Nov 6th, she confirmed that my order is all set. However, until now, I haven't receive anything and I can’t contact their customer service via email. Is this a scam or not????

Company is unable to deliver the…
Company is unable to deliver the ordered items to home, even if you pay for the delivery… the customer service agents are not just useless, as they do not even read the emails, but on the top of that, they are super arrogant. I do not recommend to order it from Bibs itself, as it is just weeks of being without the ordered items and you can hope they would return the money

Super service. Jeg bestilte en ret stor ordre med forskellige sutter, lidt legetøj og andet, som kom allerede 2 dage efter.
Min datter elsker Bibs sutter og jeg er vild med de små kanin sutsko, som jeg også bestilte hos Bibs.

I’m so glad I found this brand!
Having tried around 6 or 7 different bottles and teets in all different sizes I was at a loss feeding my baby, he lost the latch BF at around 6 weeks and couldn’t get a latch on bottles or dummies, the distress I could see my LO in from guzzling air and the discomfort it put him in was breaking my heart.
It was making it so hard to enjoy my amazing little man and the experience of being a mum.
Then I found BIBS I tried the dummy first and at last a dummy he didn’t spit out or struggle to keep in his mouth.
I was apprehensive trying the bottles because of the cost and having already spent so much on various others but after the issues seemed to get worse I gave it a try.
Ordering direct from the website meant that orders over £50 gave free uk shipping and the order came faster than its estimate which was great!
WHY DIDN'T I DO THIS SOONER!!!
These bottles are incredible! He has taken to them so so well! For the first time I was able to feed my LO without stress or fussing, no huge gulps of air and a very content happy little man after his feeds, Colic symptoms went away in a couple of days, toileting became regular and no longer painful, burps came up right away and no more continuous possets of spit up!!!
I have now ordered a number of times from the website and each time delivery has been faster then estimated, with great communication on arrival times throughout, they had a great offer where the bottle sleeves were free with a bottle which put my mind at ease about breaking them too.
Hand on heart a fantastic brand, I love love love them! I honestly can’t thank them enough for having a product that did so much for my son’s feeding.
A brand I would recommend time and time again, the products and materials are so high quality that when bottle feeding is over I would feel great passing these on to someone who needs them.

Servicen har været helt fantastisk
Servicen har været helt fantastisk, rådgivningen til hvordan jeg bedst finder den korrekte størrelse ramte plet. Mit barn har tidligere haft problemer med at tage imod sutter men denne gang virkede det fra dag 1.
Jeg vil gerne sige tak til bibsworld for at gøre både min og min babys dagligdag bedre.

Delivery charge is too expensive
Delivery charge is too expensive, I prefer to order their products from another website where I found them plus delivery is more cheap and more more fast, Bibs it takes too much to send the item I don’t know, a liftme.
And 225 ml bottle are too long, my baby it doesn’t eat 110 nor 225, he s eating 160 ml. Mam bottle are more good ( they have 3 sizes) ,I think I m gonna change the brand.
