Thank you for your review — we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that you were left disappointed. That’s never the feeling we want our customers to sit with.
We’ve looked into your case and can see that we have attempted to reach out to you via email, but unfortunately did not receive any further response.
Regarding the delivery, the parcel was attempted delivered on day 7 and then successfully delivered shortly after. This falls within our stated delivery timeframe of 3–8 business days, though we understand that delays can feel especially frustrating when you're relying on the parcel during a holiday.
As a gesture of goodwill and for the inconvenience caused, our team has already refunded your shipping cost, even though the order was delivered as expected.
