Big Bus Tours Abu Dhabi レビュー 

The Staff were wonderful. The only issue we had was locating the correct pick up location as we missed the tour because we went to wrong pick up location. Emails & calls were not answered. We spoke to our hotel concierges for guidance. The next day we took a chance went to pick up location hoping to get on board. The Bus Staff were kind enough to honor our tickets adding the Abu Dhabi City Tour as a courtesy....
We had a great time!

Easy to book online. We did not have access to a printer. Just showed the barcode when we boarded

We did both routes. A full day.

Route B is not as important as route A.

We enjoyed our bus tour around Abu Dhabi. It covered the main sights of the city and the staff at the stops and drivers were all very helpful. The commentary was excellent and gave us a great insight into the sights, background and facts about the city and area. We did encounter some problems with the headphone connections in the first bus as it seemed a number of them weren't working. We were able to move seats as the bus wasn't full but it could present a problem if there were more passengers travelling.

A nice route, simple concept, buses on time. Great!
Though, as audio is a big part of the experience, you should make sure all the earphone jacks are working fine to ensure good sound quality.

The tour was enjoyable with good amount of content which gave an excellent overview of Abu Dhabi. My wife and I stopped off at the Heritage Village which was a little disappointing. A stop off at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque would be highly recommended but as we had visited this before it was not on our itinerary. Having spent quite some time in the Heritage Village we had insufficient time to stop off at The Louvre or to take the loop to Yas Island. I would recommend buying the 2 day ticket to ensure that there was sufficient time to visit all the features.
By far the biggest issue was the poor audio description. The sound was very poor quality and none of the ear bud receptacles that I tried to use were either not functioning or were intermittent.

Nice commentary as usual. There are no signs to be sure where the bus stops on the first day. Had to ask around a lot to figure it out.

Need a tour guide on the bus as they have on the bbt in Dubai. Also need to update leaflet when changing water tour availablity and to be clear which tour is at which time..I got caught out on that and didn't have the water tour as a result. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Nur schade, dass es keinen zeitlich direkten Anschluss von der roten zur grünen Linie gab.

Pretty good value - and super well organised. Friendly people - Only minor issue was that it only goes one way round - i.e. you can't go the other direction...

We had a two day pass it was excellent for seeing all the sights if you don't have much time. The staff were very helpful and all the buses were on time. The Great Mosque is a must see sight.

A great service, easy to catch and get around on and staff are very helpful. They have free water bottles on board too. The recorded commentary is excellent too.

Very pleasant staff, very friendly staff

We took the delux pass but it's not value for money. The free dhow cruise along the corniche was not available as staff were supposedly in training.. but it was still being advertised as being available on the voiceover. The delux pass offered free entry into various atttactions, however the heritage centre was free already and a lot of the other attractions were in Dubai which we didn't realise when we booked the delux pass.
Overall I wouldn't recommend going for the 5 day pass but the buses were clean, regular and staff were nice and helpful

Friendly staff and well maintained buses. However inaccurate information and offers being made. When we purchased the tickets, we were offered 4 different routes and a dowh cruise. Upon arrival it turned out that the dowh trip had been closed for several weeks and a yacht tour was being offered instead. The yacht tour was a total waste of time. It took one hour to get to the yacht and then the trip was in an artificial canal with only building constructions to see. Perhaps this will be a nice tour in 4-5 years, but not now.

Recomendable servicio!

This BigBusTour has been a grevious and unfortunately a bad experience. There has been too many false claims and disruptions to call this experience "money well spent" lots of pushy up sell from the staff. Its ironic that on the first mid day we were asked over again and again to leave a review on Trip Advisor sharing our "wonderful" experience. Thank god we haven't written a review yet. This BigBusTour has been a exhausting disaster for us and it would only be right to receive a complete refund of $480 USD including the two taxi fares of 48 and 36 Dh which equates to $22.95 USD

We were in dubai for 2 days( we originally purchased one day online and up sold for an additional day to enjoy other excursions). On the first day in the evening near 5pm a BBT worker informed us that we would be able to arrive at stop #25 in 35 minutes from take off and spend aproximately 45 minutes touring Atlantis Aquarium before catching a 6:40pm hop on to make it in time for the night light tour. However, we were decieved by the BBT employee as we were only able to make it to stop #25 at 6:48 which means we couldnt hop off for atlantis and had to stay on the bus for the night light tour. Even during the night light tour we were disappointed. The main attraction advertised, which is the burge khalifa, was not lit up. By the time we got to stop #3 where our hotel is we asked the driver why the main attraction did not appear. His response was it is a special day today that its not lit up during the time he drove past. He ensured us that if we hopped on to the other bus that was going back to burge khalifa we would see the lights on. So we went back with the other bus. There were still no lights and we had to take a taxi back to stop #3. Next day we planed to go back to stop #25 to see the atlantis aquarium we even took a taxi to avoid the dreadfully long repeat bus ride to stop #25. When we got to Atlantis it was closed for maintenance. It was our second and last day visiting. No one from BBT could assist in compensation for tickets or unnecessary taxi fares. We felt like we were duped through out this entire paid experience.

Molto comodo per visitare Abu dabhi specialmente con figli piccoli...puntuale servizio audio ok...bottigliette acqua fresca sempre a disposizione...un po caro ma ne é valsa la pena...soddisfatto

Sehr gute Betreuung an Bord. Kostenlos Wasser zum Trinken, leider keine Behälter für die leeren Flaschen zum Entsorgen im Bus. Am Nachmittag rollte dann das Leergut im Bus herum. Auf der grünen Route sind die Abstände von 90 Minuten zu groß, da schafft man nicht viele Ausstiege. Schön wäre es auch, wenn es Busse in entgegengesetzter Richtung gäbe. Wenn man am zweiten Tag ein bestimmtes Ziel ansteuern will, so muss mann nochmal die Rund mitfahren, die für beide Routen über 2 Stunden geht.
