Big Bus Vienna レビュー 

Wir haben eine Rundfahrt für Verwandte gebucht, die uns in Wien besucht haben. Auf Grund einer Veranstaltung war dann die Fahrt nicht möglich. Ein anderer Termin kam nicht in Frage - da die Verwandten schon wieder abgereist sind - und als Wiener brauche ich keine Rundfahrt.
Ich habe mich dann ans Unternehmen per Webformular gewendet und um ein Storno ersucht. Ich sollte rasch Antwort bekommen - zumindest hat es die Webseite so versprochen - und habe bis heute nichts gehört. Es sind nun schon 14 Tage vergangen...

The audioguide was very interesting and thorough. I learned a great deal of Vienna.

Overall this tour was just not worth doing. The tour company has a deal with river cruises and makes several stops there which wasn't appreciated. The route is also not ideal and doesn't give you the best overview of the city. I would give it a miss.

Not worth the money! Hopped off after 50 min on the bus during which we had moved around a street corner. Too much traffic in downtown Vienna. We switched to public transportation which is well priced ($8 for a day ticket) and quickly and smoothly transferred between busses, trams and U Bahn to get to our destinations around Vienna.

fun experience, easy to pay online prior to visiting, regular buses. some places we went to visit were closed would have been good if the bus driver told us prior to leaving the bus

You should add ac to your buses or add more windows. When the heat is on, there's no way to ride below deck comfortably.

Ottima esperienza, avendo solo 2 giorni per poter visitare vienna,con big bus si riesce a vedere le principali attrazioni ottimizzando i tempi.

Busse kommen viel zu selten und sind häufig so voll, dass keine weitere Fahrgäste einsteigen können. Aussage von Fahrer: "Nur sitzende Fahrgäste dürfen befördert werden."
Wien bei Nacht (Night Tour) mit dem Big Bus ist zu früh, vom Nachtleben oder beleuchtetem Stadtbild keine Spur. Live Guided in Englisch... in Wien spricht man kein deutsch?
Schifffahrt: Schön, aber von drei möglichen Strecken darf man nur eine mitmachen. Schade. Für das drei Tages Ticket zu wenig. Fazit: das 24h Ticket reicht um einen Überblick zu bekommen. Alle andere Fahrten kann man mit der Tram und U-Bahn schneller, günstiger, bequemer tätigen.

Sehr positiv war die inkludierte Stadtführung durch Wien. Dem Stadtführer hätte ich noch stundenlang zuhören können.....informativ und sehr humorvoll. 1 mit Sternchen. Negativ waren die beheizten Busse bei 29° Außentemperatur.

Great stop locations and affordable price. Occasionally the busses were running pretty far behind which made us spend a lot of time waiting. Wish the tops of the busses would've been open since the weather was so nice. and wish there would've been a 2-day premium ticket + river cruise option, similar to Budapest.

We had Limited time in Vienna, so decided to book the big bus tour. It was a great overview and I liked the headset narrative. We were bummed that when it came time for the night tour we were told that our ticket price did not include that, but I swear I thought I saw that it was included when I purchased the tickets on line. So, we ended up paying 10 Euro extra for each of us to take the night tour, which basically was a shortened version of the day tour with live narrative. Bus was clean, and the upper level is the way to go.

I have used your service in Washington DC and was so pleased that I booked it in Budapest and Vienna recently. For the most part it was a good way to get around. I understand that these cities have a much different layout than Washington so stops near sites of interest may be a few blocks away. That is fine. The only disappointment was the boat cruise in Vienna which did not have evening hours when the lights of the city are at their most beautiful. Also, some of the BBT people at the stops would just just refer me to the person at the next stop. All in all though, I would use Big Bus again.

Kaputter Bus, viel zu wenige Plätze, kein System der Reihung beim Einstieg, keine funktionierende Lüftung auf der Fahrerebene, Null Service, .... Nie wieder! Schade um Geld und Zeit.

Taking a Big Bus is always a good way to look around a city before deciding where to spend your time. We took a 2 day pass, but could have done a one day ticket but only because Vienna isn’t that big and there were Snr much to see outside the main centre. The buses were regular and clean. The staff were friendly. The tour information was interesting and occupies the whole route.

Simply the best way to familiarise yourself with a city and visit several sites of interest in one day. Best value are the 2-3 day tickets as they include other activities provided by Big Bus 🚌

Very organised and the itinerary covered all places if interest in Vienna.

We also took the river cruise which We also found pleasant and interesting especially when it goes up the narrow canals up as far as the planetarium

One of the best way to explore Vienna.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the buses were clean and the headsets worked well with clear descriptions in English.

I was very surprised how far out of the city center the tour went.
The WiFi service was great because it allowed us to access the internet and calling without an international calling plan.
Very good commentary about the various sights, landmarks and history.
Highly recommended if you're visiting Vienna.

We have often found this type of city bus tour a great way to get an overview of a city, especially one as rich with sights spread out over a large area. THE VIENNA BIG BUS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and a rip off at 25 Euro.
There was a huge crowd waiting to board at the Opera House starting location and everyone rushed to fill the seats on the upper deck, leaving only two separated seats for my wife and I. We soon left for the lower deck because it was unbearably hot under the plastic dome--everyone was sweating and fanning themselves despite the fact that it was a beautiful 71 degrees outside.
We couldn't see as well, but at least we weren't cooking from seats on the first level.
The recorded tour messages were minimalist--and sometimes downright trite. We didn't learn much about what we were seeing.
When we got to area where the bus drops people off for the boat tour that they could optionally book we witnessed an absolutely distressing scene where a woman who had apparently been dropped off for her boat tour in the wrong location, approached our bus driver to find out where she could go. She was upset but the driver responded by getting angry with HER, raising his voice and the thing ended with her still stranded and us driving off. Epitome of poor customer service.
Our guidebook had recommend the Red Bus Tour and we saw one of these smaller busses, but it seems that Big Bus has now acquired them. Too bad.
Big bus, get your act together. In the meantime, don't waste $30 on this.
