Good communication and great experience with Ian Wadsworth who dealt with me, kept me in the loop when chasing up the other insurance company . Money took slightly longer than a couple of working days more like 5 so not too long at all , overall experience was great.

My case was passed around a bit at the beginning but once Darren Wardil became my case officer things progressed quickly. He was very informative and professional throughout and diligently chased up my claim.

What can i say, i have never had to deal with an insurance claim and thanks to Bike Assist legal they made my it so much easier. Always updating me on the progress and different options i have along with advice in dealing with the problems.

As a 30 year Bike rider, this was my first time an auto took a sudden turn and got me injured. Bike Assist were a very professional and dedicated team. Accident October 2020 , in fact no accident as the other driver chose to do what she did leaving me with an injury that has changed my life , finally settled May 2024 , handled brilliantly by Dan Higgins at Bike Assist Legal , other insurer admitted liability yet 2 years later retracted for no reason and they continued to drag it out , Dan along with great advice from barrister Amelia towards the end , would def use bike assist legal again , but me and 2 wheels are now done with !
