A somewhat disappointing experience, although my initial inquiry seemed quite positive especially when I showed them the video off my helmet camera and they were less than complimentary about the claims handlers that were provided by BIKESURE. But in the end they also decided my claim wasn't worth their time, because there wasn't enough of a payday for them. A large part of the reason I parted company with 4th dimension. According to them if I didn't take their courtesy bike they would not handle the claim because presumably if I didn't take the courtesy bike there wouldn't be enough of a payday for them.

Great team at White Dalton, Gavin always keeping me updated and progressed the claim with empathy at my pace whilst in recovery.

Good result, excellent communication. It did take 4 years for my claim to be resolved, but during the pandemic and against a nonresponsive insurance company, won in court.

After wasting 6 months with a lawyer who was a waste of time .I was recommended white Dalton. Andrew Prenderast was the man. all new forms to fill in again, But I am more than satisfied. Andrew got me more than triple what my first lawyer suggested. So if you have had a bike accident ,do not delay go to the experts from the start

I can’t really fault what they did but how they dealt with me. To begin with they were great but once I was with my final solicitor I really got the impression that he just couldn’t be bothered with me. A response to anything would take several weeks, emails and usually a phone call. He also spoke to me like he thought I was really quiet stupid and at times was belittling. I felt anxious about ever having to talk to him because he was so dismissive and honestly I’m just glad it is done with.

Shame they want £60 upfront just to discuss whether they can help you or not. Very poor from a so called motorcycle friendly solicitor.

At 17:30 one evening this week I sent a query to White Dalton via the contact form on their web site. At 11:43 the following morning I had a comprehensive reply. That's excellent service and fully answered what I'd asked. Thank you Andrew.
I hope I never need a solicitor's services as a result of a motorcycle accident but if I do I know where I'll be going.
