Great service throughout a stressful case. Jan Moss was assigned to my case. He took me through what was required from me, step by step. He was very quick to communicate updates, provided clear guidance on the proceedings and generally made it easy and clear to me what I needed to do and when. Great communication both over the phone and via email. I would definitely recommend this company, and Jan in particular.

Bike Assist did a great job with my claim and were professional and honest. I did have to go through many different caseworkers however Chloe Smith was amazing and gave me really honest and straight to the point advice. I hope no one has to go through a claim but if they had to Bike assist did wonderfully.

I would like to thank Shabeena Fazal for her help with my accident claim. Although it was a long winded process of 2years 5months she kept me informed and updated during the whole process. The court verdict went my way and my claim has now been settled. So thank you for organising and checking all the paperwork that was required was correct and in order.

Awful firm.

Poor communication. Legal side equally pathetic. Each person I spoke to contradicted the previous one. Clueless and disorganised.
Just horrible, awful, dreadful firm

DO NOT USE THEM

Dylan handled it all fantastically well. He kept in constant communication and explained what can be quite complicated legal stuff in a simple way. As well as a good settlement for the motorbike Dylan was also successful in claiming for my crash helmet which was damaged too. It is all to easy to forget your kit when claiming so that was an added bonus.

Vickie was diligent, had strong perseverance and supportive of me throughout the whole process. Great job, well done !

Throughout my experience dealing with this company and in particular Faisal who handled my case from start to finish, they have been professional, understanding and more than helpful. I had Chloe Smith as my handler and she has been amazing. With keeping me updated the whole journey since I've had her. Helped me as best as she could and very grateful for it. Been through 2 claims with these and they've been great throughout.
