Very friendly, kept me in the loop.

Despite all problems and delays caused by the opposition, bike assist legal dealt with all issues swiftly on my behalf.

Legal bike assist contacted me when my father sadly passed in a road traffic accident. Steve was with us from start to finish - always polite, informative and would answer any worries or questions I had. I was told it was 'no win no fee' and true to their word it was... also we won the case and still had no fee as they don't believe in payments when there is a fatality and feel the family has already lost so much.
