Blackbridge Furnishings レビュー 

29th Sept, having found the bench cushion I wanted at a great price at Blackbridge Furnishing (delivery included) I paid. 1st October I received at call from Blackbridge saying that though their website didn’t say so, they don’t deliver to England. “Because we just don’t”. Told I’d have a refund in 5 days. Wrote to ask them to reconsider, not least because this behaviour is a breach of contract. No reply. No refund 9 days later.

We have previously bought from Blackbridge Furnishings before and when needing a new sofa,living room and bedroom furniture found them to still be the best furniture shop in Inverness. We experienced excellent customer service from Fiona and team. The new store has a great range of products and would recommend to anyone to have a look round.

Great bed that was delivered right to the room.

We ordered 2 pieces of furniture on 8th June this year and were told that the nest of tables was in stock but couldn't be delivered for 4 weeks..6 weeks later we have now been told it wasn't in stock in the first place and its still not in stock but could be here by Friday...only it will then take another 2 weeks before we can have it..why has this happened and why are we not advised as to what is happening.....your views please.....

We are very pleased with our kitchen table and chairs from the new Blackbridge Store in Inverness. We were greeted by Alex who did a great job of of showing us round and dealing with the sale all on his first week too. Always our first port of call for furniture and the store is looking great. Our thanks to Alex and a mention also for your delivery drivers who were very friendly and polite.

Had been to blackbridge furnishings before and I had gone back 3 months ago for a new mattress ( sorry forgot to leave feedback ) the staff member that helped me look for the correct one was very helpful and when the delivery arrived as it was said at purchase time the delivery staff were very polite definitely going back again

Did have a problem with the headboard as it arrived slightly damp and when dried out it did leave a stain company sent out a replacement.
Highly recommend the company and the service.

Excellent from start to finish

We ordered Tuscan bedroom furniture online in Dec and paid in full. It did not say out of stock on the website. We received a phone call next day advising it was out of stock and expected delivery was end Jan. We decided we would wait until then for delivery as it was a matter of weeks and Blackbridge were one of the few companies to stock the brand. The furniture arrived on March 13th. It was delivered by artic lorry on a pallet by one person. It was dumped on the roadside at our front door and my 68 year old husband was left to bring the furniture into the house. The heaviest item was 9 stone. The delivery consisted of two oak chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a double oak bed. Re the delay in delivery, Blackbridge did communicate by phone and advised the delays were due to ships being unable to dock that were carrying the furniture. This happened repeatedly. When contacted re the poor delivery, on the day, the member of staff advised it was supposed to be a two man delivery to bring the furniture into the house. They were advised this was not what happened with the delivery. My husband e mailed the sales dept at Blackbridge furniture on March 20th advising of the issues at time of delivery, and that at 68 years he had been left to bring the furniture into the house from the roadside by himself. No response received!! Not even a letter, e mail or apology. A company that does not fulfil deadlines they provide, nor do they care regarding the delivery to customers. They don’t even have the manners to apologise!

I would not recommend this company and will not use this company again. Very disappointing!!!!

Unfortunately Blackbridge Furnishings response to this feedback is also reflective of externalising blame to the customer with reference to their T&C’s. It would also appear that there is a lack of staff training and communication of their T&C’s to staff.

It was Blacbridges own staff member that advised the furniture would be delivered by a local firm and also that it should have been a two man delivery. No mention of the National firm mentioned, or pallet delivery. The furniture would not have been purchased from them if that had been the case. Simply citing T&C’s is an externalisation of responsibility and lack of investigation to the issues outlined.

It would appear, from the response received, that their is now doubt shed on whether the sales communication during the pathway of purchasing the goods, appears to be a false communication in order to make the sale.

Waited a long time for this 3 months, but was kept informed, delivered on set day was phoned the day before. Delivery courier were excellent put in place I asked, friendly polite and cheery. It was worth the wait, wine rack is exactly as ordered and lovely, even better when filled thanks

I ordered on line, I was phoned to arrange a delivery date. The items arrived in perfect condition.
Friendly helpful staff.

From the moment I made my purchase, The communication was brilliant, keeping me up to date with delivery date. The delivery was on time and really pleasant and helpful guys, setting all the bed sections into the room required and laying everything out so it was easy to put together. couldn`t be better service, Thank you.

Great sale price, quality and fantastic customer service.

From ordering online to delivery I cannot fault anything. I ordered online and within 2 weeks my new furniture was delivered. Great at keeping you up to date with delivery.

Poor quality furniture and the majority of items bought (12 items)were damaged on delivery. This meant time off work waiting for replacements and pick up of damaged goods. Very annoying and time wasting as some replacements arrived different weeks!
Customer service very poor and made to feel bad about it.
Would not recommend or deal with them again!
