Seems ok for simple website + mail but…
Seems ok for simple website + mail but I decided to move when I saw open-exchange wasn't enabled for active sync on mobile... This makes the mobile mail client very basic without any of the required calendar and contact features expected these days. Attempted upsell to MS Exchange rather than offering full suite of OX

Great and reliable service!
Been using Blacknight for about 10 years, have tried a lot of other vendors for DNS for example but eventually transferred my domains back to BK. Reliable and pleasant to deal with support any time an issue has come up. 5/5 well deserved!

Definitely the best hosting company in Ireland.
I always like to counter one bad TP review with a good one. Today I commend Blacknight. Their staff are all hugely helpful to deal with, know their stuff inside out and there's never too long a wait to get through. Definitely the best hosting company in Ireland.

A staff Ego
Dear all viewer.
staff is not solved my problem in 4 days, sow i written a review details.
And now staff/blacknight had disabled my account and all my 35 domain has been put on hold for contact verification reason.
but my account and email is verified by company staff with legal id card and credit card details. But now due to personal ego and reason, my account is suspended by staff without sending me verification link again.
why staff have done this with personal ego?
and think what type of staff is behaving with customer?
total dictatorship of staff.

Our staff have never been abusive to you. You have dealt with multiple members of our customer service team. Our customer service manager has also rung you more than once. Not liking what was said to you does not mean that anyone was abusive.
For the lost generation
AS someone who doesn't have a clue about web site transfers or the dark hole they fall into when you try. These guys were brilliant in answering all my silly question and assisting on getting it back up and running.
Had amazing patience and have no problem recommending them.
