Just amazing customer service!! Such a rare commodity these days.
Spoke to 2 members of staff (one was Sue), their knowledge was incredible and they were so helpful. Emailed over their suggestions to get my AGA working efficiently again.

Completely professional - we are so pleased with our Aga, which was completely reconditioned and is as good as new. Great service, and follow-up. And now we have lower electricity bills!

All the staff at Blake and Bull were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The engineer who converted our Aga from gas to electricity was very polite and keen to help us in any way he could. He explained how to use the new controls very clearly. We were delighted with every aspect of the conversion.

Got our aga re-enamelled and converted to electric a couple of weeks ago. Excellent service from Blake and Bull - guided me through the order so I knew exactly what I was doing, kept me informed re scheduling, and excellent work on the day. Helpful prompt installer. Aga looks splendid in it's claret finish. Having had many Agas it is different having the flexibility of turning parts on and off individually. Old Agas were on or off, so we feel a bit guilty if we leave this on all the time!! (Think we will cope!!)
The team were knowledgeable and generous with their time.

I am delighted with the conversion of my oil fired Aga to electricity last week.
Everyone at Blake & Bull was very helpful from start to finish and the engineer was impressive - meticulous and patient. He worked non-stop but was happy to answer all our questions and to advise us on using the new cooker.
It was interesting to see the removal of the old ‘guts’ of the Aga and the introduction of all the new electric parts and insulation. It was a much bigger job than I had envisaged but all the rubbish - from metal to cardboard disappeared rapidly into the van, and the kitchen was left without any sign that such a big job had occurred, and the Aga looked like new!
Your reputation is well earned and deserved - I was a bit anxious beforehand but there was no need, you were all very professional and friendly from start to finish. Thank you.

Incredible and professional company with staff that care passionately about their product.
We had our aga converted to the eco troll system. This has allowed us to use the aga again in a much more economical way.
The build up to the whole process was carefully managed remotely, so there was quite a lot of information to provide and things to be put in place prior to the work.
On the day the very professional engineer got on with the job. It was a hot day , incredibly hard work from him. There was no moaning, he just cracked on . It was a mammoth task from where I was looking. He was un phased and remained focused and good humoured all day . He did an excellent job and provided excellent explanation of how the new system worked.
Highly recommend this company.

Our Aga needed a service - the usual signs - not keeping its temperature etc and I did a bit of research and decided that it needed some insulation renewal. Rather than just place the order I rang and spoke to Sue ( I think!). Absolutely 1st class! insulation sorted, chrome caps sorted, tie rod ends sorted and other useful information to help me do the job. I can't fault her or the company. Will definitely use them again should I need to and have no problems recommending them.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Blake and Bull. They have saved my Aga ! The conversion to econtrol has transformed my cooking, it will save on fuel bills, while remaining at the heart of the kitchen. Following the work the AGA is gleaming in a way I never though possible. A huge thank you from a very happy customer.

My reconditioned Aga was installed this week (in the most beautiful shade of blue) and I could not be more delighted with the service and care offered by Blake & Bull. There has been constant communication throughout the process, and a very thorough handover by Anthony, the engineer who spent hours perfecting the installation. My kitchen is still being refurbished so I haven’t started using the Aga yet, but I am confident there will be help at the end of the phone if I need it.

Blake and Bull were so helpful from my first visit to them through to the installation of my new Aga. I was worried about the wiring in the house being appropriate and also the size of the space the Aga had to fit into. Nothing was too much trouble. Removal of an old Aga and installation of the new one was done with great care and efficiency. The men were very knowledgeable, tidy, and unflappable in the face of some difficult installation moments. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process and my lovely new Aga.

The engineer arrived on time and was knowledgable and happy to explain everything. The quality of the work was high and he worked really hard and finished earlier than expected. Very happy with the whole experience from day one to completion of the job. Would definitely recommend to all aga owners out there. Econtrol panel gives you aga cooking that is affordable and flexible.

Blake and Bull have today conducted a Level 1 Deep Clean and Refurbishment of our 12 year old 3 oven Aga Total Control. These versatile Agas are no longer made, so we are grateful that B&B can accommodate our model. The Hob Cover liners, insulation and seals were all replaced, likewise all the door liners, insulation and seals replaced too. Then an external and internal clean - with some simple cleaning products, lots of elbow grease, also use of the famous and best (as sold by B&B) Enamel Scraper, a brush of the ovens, a hoover, a final wipe, polish and shine. We won't mention the digging out of crumbs and those crusty bits that hide at the edge of the Boiling/Simmering plates.

For no more than 8% of original cost of our 12 year old Aga 3 oven Total Control we have invested in not only the clean, but also an efficiency upgrade to this workhorse of our kitchen. The doors certainly seem to close better and the new seals should help in energy saving too. It looks so good that OH asked if Jason had given up and just replaced the Cooker!

It does look smart, and being black it shows the dirt - but much of that I am sure was just Labrador "Nose Art" and inevitable "fluff".

Yes, I do make an effort to keep it looking nice and yes it probably should have been deep cleaned sooner. It is pricey, but worth it, I am older and creakier - there is no judgement or embarrassment, the grotty bits are replaced and a hard working Aga does was it says on the (cast iron) "tin".

Thank you to Jason at B&B for cheerfully making this Aga really gleam, Thank you too to Charlotte and the team at B&B HQ. The smart new B&B Hob Covers delivered by Jason just set everything off nicely - and the old ones will be washed and repurposed as... any ideas gratefully received!

N.B. For an Aga Total Control only the Level 1 Deep Clean and Refurbishment is available from Blake and Bull, servicing for this range cooker remains the prerogative of Aga Service Engineers, primarily because of the complex electronic circuitry and software etc.

So glad we converted. It's good to know our Aga is off most of the time and our LPG consumption has dropped massively. Blake & Bull were great people to work with, both those in the showroom and Preet who did our conversion. Kept us informed all the way through and provided all the information we needed. Highly recommend doing this, and using Blake & Bull to do so.

Blake and Bull have protected me all the way through the process of converting my Aga from oil to electricity. From the outset there has been extremely clear guidance on how to choose the product and prepare for the process and friendly and supportive help was always there on the phone when it was needed.
Having made the careful preparations the day of the conversion went very smoothly. The engineer was punctual, friendly, helpful, informative and went the extra mile to make the existing framework look sparkling. He also gave me some excellent tips and left me with a buffing cloth and a thermometer.
I am extremely happy with the job that has been done and with the continuing support of the team as I continue to get used to my ‘new’ Aga.

We have now had the refurbished Aga for 3 years and are delighted with the results. The oil-based Aga was lovely in keeping the kitchen toasty, but it leaked heat more than needed and not very green. By having the electric guts put in instead, we still have a warm kitchen, but also able to control its output at the touch of the knob, and are delighted with the results. Should have done it to electric some time before, and saved lots of energy bills and the planet!
