I am beyond please with the experience I’ve had, I’ve had ata as my medical coordinator and the level of customer service, knowledge and attention given is nothing like I’ve ever experienced, I highly recommend this instution and Ata, a true credit to the company

Ata is my medical co ordinator and from our first conversation he cannot be anymore helpful. He has made this experience very pleasant, im very happy with him and what an asset to your team he is.

My coordinator Buse has been utterly amazing, very informative, knowledgeable and gone above and beyond answering my questions and assisting me. The booking
process was easy and simple. Can’t recommend enough I’d give 100 stars if I could.

I have Ata as my medical coordinator, I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him. Continued support leading up to my surgery answering all questions I had/ have.
Made everything run so much more smoothly for me especially when I’ve started to get nervous he was there to answer anything or even for a chat about the process. He’s absolutely amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator throughout my journey.

Ceyhun has been so helpful and fully supportive in every step of my journey and I couldn’t have done it without him.
He even came and visited me in the hospital to check up on me and now I’m home he’s still there for and questions, Ceyhun is truly a amazing coordinator.

Ceyhun was a very helpful coordinator any questions asked he was prompt with a a reply also helped to arrange my flights when I couldn’t find flights without a long stopover. Even now 2 weeks after my visit to turkey he responds promptly to any of my queries

Ata, has been absolute godsend for me, any problem or question I have had he has solved and answered them with no issue at all. Any doubt, he has reassured me. He’s not only a coordinator but I feel like I have gained a companion in him. He’s a great person and has made this very journey so smooth sailing. I haven’t had my op yet, but I just had to write about this amazing man. Will update about my op experience.

Seriously, I dont know where I'd be without Ata. I was very skeptical at first with the booking process and going abroad for surgery, but Ata, who is amazing at his job, put my worries at ease and made everything so crystal clear from booking, to how everything will go on Izmir from the Airport to Hospital and back again. Ata, you're a credit to your hospital.

Amazing, made sure I knew every single thing about surgery, made me feel welcome and reassured me with any worries I had. Fabulous company

I have Ata as my medical coordinator, I am really 100% satisfied with him, he answered all my questions regardless of the time, day or night. He gave me a lot of support. I had many doubts about doing the operation in the clinic (I will do it in July 2024), but it was really thanks to the person I booked, he gave me a lot of confidence and was always very kind. Ata is my medical coordinator for my elective Gastric Bypass surgery. He made the entire process smooth, easy, he helped me to relax by answering any questions that I had. The booking process itself was incredibly stress free, as was finding out the process of the entire trip and booking the flights. I would highly recommend Ata. Very caring, kind and attentive. Let’s hope the rest of the experience is as smooth sailing and paths the way to a better, brighter future!
