The advertised price of the Yacht was changed due to incorrect pricing by the yacht charter company and Boataround would not uphold the advertised price. Therefore I had to change my selection of boat after paying the deposit. After providing a review of the used yacht I have checked and no review advertised against the yacht. I often question the reliance of reviews if boat around don’t publish them. Positives are:- I chose an alternative yacht (cpt Bigfoot) who were excellent.

I really like the website and how I can browse for a yacht to suit our needs and also our budget. We had a couple of extras to add on and Jana was helpful in sorting them out.

Excellent service. Flexible solving unexpected situations. I am very happy and will keep going with Boataround in the future

Due to a public holiday, there was a delay in making the down payment for the boat we had booked.
Boataround contacted the charter company to extend the payment deadline, ensuring that no issues arose for me.

I have used Boataround for 8 charters over the past 4 years, my most recent in October 2026, and I highly recommend them. Their website is easy to use with the numerous filters assist in ensuring that the search results return yachts that meet your requirements.

I find the costings are clear and concise showing the initial charter price and then any mandatory costs, and then optional add ons.

Whenever I've had the need to contact Boataround to confirm anything on my booking, I have always been able to speak to a person which gives me reassurance, rather than just communicating via email or with a chatbot.

When chatting to other sailors on holiday, I will always point them in the direction of Boataround to help them find a yacht to charter.

Pani Karolína bola mimoriadne milá, profesionálna a ochotná. Veľmi zrozumiteľne mi vysvetlila, ako správne vytvoriť rezerváciu a ako efektívne využívať filtre pri vyhľadávaní. Vďaka jej jasným inštrukciám som získal všetky potrebné informácie a celý proces bol oveľa jednoduchší.

I have used Boataround since 2017 now for yacht charter and have always had a seamless experience and a good price. I appreciate the discount for loyalty and additional benefits that can sometimes be obtained for you from the yacht charterers. I like that you can speak to Boataround on the phone and Jana and the team are excellent, always happy to help guide you, the staff are always helpful and professional. I have also previously used Latesail who are also excellent but since 2017 I have remained with Boataround as they have always delivered on price and service, I will be using them again soon.

Booking a boat charter for Antigua in January 2027, deposit paid, flights booked, only to be told two weeks later, that there is no boat in Antigua, and no substitute boat. The only offer i got was to fly to another island, at our cost, 6 people. Very little help with the situation, and when I asked for the deposit back I was told, “we don’t have to pay you for two weeks!” With an attitude that suggested I was being unreasonable, not impressed, I’ve used them a few times in the past, but never again, no help, no apology, and no customer care.

Der telefonische Kontakt war sehr schnell möglich und positiv. Die telefonisch vereinbarten Schritten wurden umgesetzt. Leider war das erste Boot doch nicht verfügbar, uns wurde umgehend eine Liste von möglichen Alternativen zugesendet. Innerhalb weniger Tage bekam ich mehrere Nachrichten, um weitere Informationen bzw. Dokumente bereitzustellen. Ein gesammelter Vorgang wäre mir lieber.
