Charterurlaub Mai 2027
Bei unserer Buchung für unseren Chartertörn im Mai 2027 hat uns Alexandra von Boataround betreut. Es hat bis jetzt alles sehr gut geklappt, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Buchung und der Betreuung und konnten sogar noch etwas Geld sparen (bei der Buchung eines SUP Boards).

Buchen bereits das 3. Mal bei boataround....Immer super Service. Dieses Mal möchten wir besonders Roman Botansky hervorheben. Er ging auf alle unsere Sonderwünsche ein und war eine super nette Unterhaltung, sowohl per Email wie auch per Telefon.

The efficiency of the service, timely responses and positive attitude made the experience particularly good. Despite all communication being handled by email, Katarina was responsive, helpful and professional throughout, making the process straightforward and pleasant. Katarina demonstrated a willingness to assist and ensured queries were addressed promptly.

First time I used Boataround to rent a…
First time I used Boataround to rent a boat. I picked the boat acording tomy reference, everytnig went smoothly. Just 2 week before acctual pick-up date there was havy storm in Croatia. I called the Boarround to check if there was any damage on concrete boat. Thay transfered me to the weather specialist and we discused that part of Croatia was not hit by that storm, and chceck with the charter that boat is ready to rent.

I prezzi sono molto competitivi, ho noleggiato in Grecia ad Alimos ed è andato tutto bene.
Loro essendo grandi, sono un po' meno rpesenti di altri siti più dimensionati, in ogni caso l'assistenza è ottima, ho cambiato barca più volte dalla mia prenotaizone e mi hanno riportato sempre sconti e voucher da una prenotazione all'altra, molto seri.
Bravi.
Sarebbe utile come fanno altri, offrire qualche convenzione tipo un anno di Navily, o Navionics cose simili, in co marketing, anche per far provare le app.

gute Betreuung bei Buchung und Törnvorbereitung
Boataround hat eine sehr große Auswahl an Booten in allen Kategorien und Preislagen und teilweise auch stornierbare Buchungen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich bei speziellen Fragen zu Buchungen oder im Kontakt mit der Charterfirma bei der Törnvorbereitung. Hier habe ich insbesondere gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit Katarína, Karolina und Alpay.

Third charter with Boataround, and support that delivers.
This is the third time I’ve used Boataround to charter a boat, and I’ve always had a great experience, both with how easy the platform is to use and with the support I’ve received after booking.
Of course, issues occasionally come up. I’ve had a couple of cases where boats listed as available turned out not to be. I don’t think that’s Boataround’s fault, though. It seems more like an information-sharing issue between the charter companies and the platform, and keeping everything in sync isn’t always easy.
What has really won me over is the support you get when something does go wrong. Communication is prompt, and so is problem-solving. In fact, that’s the reason I’m writing this review: one day before my charter started, there was an issue with the remaining balance to be paid. I sent an email the evening before, and within six hours I got a phone call. They acknowledged I was right and sorted everything out quickly, so there were no problems with the charter company when I went to pick up the boat. I’m very happy, and Boataround gets full marks from me.
I’d especially like to mention Yana Kubiňáková, who helped me resolve this. She was extremely efficient and did a great job.

Frau Psarrou konnte uns bei der Bootsauswahl sehr gut helfen, da Sie unmittelbar nach unserem Telefonat den Verleiher anfunkte, um zu wissen, ob das Boot für unseren Zeitraum noch zur Verfügung steht.
Zudem war sie sehr freundlich, und zu Scherzen aufgelegt.
