Hat alles gut geklappt!

Alexandra was attentive, on point with detail and required no information more than once. She secured us a great deal, using the discount vouchers I already had and adding additional value I was not expecting. Another great booking experience with Boataround, which is the reason we come back.

They helped me a lot to solve a mistake made by me :)

Our group of 8 had a sensational September sailing experience last month, all thanks to the incredible catamaran and skipper provided by Vernicos Yachts.

* Admittedly, we’re quite the discerning group of fifty-something year old Brits, who’ve known each other for c.30 years, each of us having rather high expectations and a wide variety of preferences.
* Following the briefing and day one’s shenanigans, as we set sail out of Alimos Marina in Athens, Greece, our skipper focused on listening (on our articulate bunch) and meeting our collective visions, preferences and expectations.
* From the very beginning, our skipper - George Grigoropoulos - handled each day with the professionalism, patience, warmth and … HUMOUR (a much needed trait to handle our particular group of characters)!
* What truly set this experience apart was skipper George’s ability to genuinely listen to everyone. Instead of sticking to a rigid itinerary, he absolutely catered to each of our wishes, whether someone wanted to anchor for a quiet swim, find a hidden cove, pick up the pace to catch a sunset, anchor in a private bay (with unadulterated solitary sunrise swim potential the next morning), anchor up somewhere to have a “Mamma Mia” boat dance, or learn a bit about local tavernas, he made it happen for us … making us feel totally special.
* Our catamaran sailing yacht “Hashtag” was great too, operated for charter by Vernicos Yachts; the communication directly with them around the trip was great. If you’re looking for a premium charter company that delivers a top-tier skipper service and a highly personalized experience, look no further. Each one of us could not recommend them/George highly enough and are definitely looking to book another Grecian High Seas Adventure!

I booked a boat through Boataround for €10,900. On the very day I was supposed to make the payment, they sent me an email claiming they made a "mistake" and demanded €16,000 instead. An overnight price jump of over €5,000 is completely unacceptable and feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Very unprofessional service and a massive waste of time. I do not recommend booking with them if you expect them to honor their confirmed prices.

Świetny kontakt. Musiałem zmienić czarter z Grecji na Chorwację z uwagi na eksplozję cen biletów lotniczych. Z Boataround wszystko odbyło się bardzo sprawnie i bez żadnych problemów. Mogę polecić.

I’ve used boataround now for three sailing holidays and each time they have been responsive, helpful and very apt at offering great deals and prices on yacht charters.

Their support team post-reservation is very helpful and the check in and registration is simple and easy to complete.

I’ll be happily using boataround for further yachting holidays in the near future!

She has been friendly, helpful and quick to answer our questions about the catamaran we will pick up in Naples on October 17. Her support has made the arrangements easy and stress-free. The customer service with Boataround has been absolutely on point. Very reassuring when making high value reservations. All questions were replied to really quickly and professionally. Samotné půjčení lodi přes Boataround je super,vše proběhlo příkladně se vstřícností k zákazníkovi.

My experience with Boataround is very good. Booking procedure is very smooth and documents arrived almost immediatelly. This year I appreciate support of Ms.Magdalena Zvizdecka and her effort with our wishes.

Easy booking and crew selection on the Boataround website. When the boat we had booked was suddenly unavailable, the Boataround office provided us with helpful support in arranging a transfer.

Bis heute war ich mit Boataround sehr zufrieden, aber ich muss heute meinem Frust mitteilen. Diese Woche Samstag beginnt mein Segeltörn der von mir voll bezahlt ist. Heute ruft der Verchaterer an, das die zweite Rate fehlt und wenn diese fehlt wir das Boot nicht bekommen können. Ich finde dies ist eine unmögliche Zahlungsmoral von Boataround.
