The company that made the claim, Solicitors Bond Turner, advised the judge they did not have my details. The truth is a request was made by Bond Turner for privileged information about a previous employee. under GDPR rules and the fear of doing wrong I wrote to the Claimant asking if it was OK to release the personal information requested by Bond Turner. I had no reply. (Letter available on request)
Bond Turner got aggressive with threats of court. I advised them via email that the company did not deal with payroll and it was outsourced to Chartered accountants that carried all this information. I furnished them with this information. (Email available on request) At this point I had no reply from the claimant as to whether I could release the information.
I never heard any more until the court judgment landed on my desk sent from? you guessed it, the company that did not have my address, Bond Turner.
My question to the judge is how can you find me as failing not to comply with a request for information when the people themselves who made the request state, they do not know the company details to make this request. Seems all a little ironic, Funny and embarrassing.

Id give zero if i could
Id give zero if i could, avoid at all costs they work for themselves and not for the client only intrested in getting paid for themselves and do not fight for their clients in court will tell you to go 50/50 and not take it to trail they want the quickest solution at court and drag it out for 4 years. Your case gets passed around as staff leave at an alarming rate and your back to square one. AVOID
