Waste of time.
I’ve wasted 6 months with this company. I’ve had false promises and then been ignored for weeks. After saying I had a very good case for a medical negligence claim today they’ve eventually sent an email dropping it. Only a few weeks to go before the deadline too.
I wouldn’t waste your time with them.

As part of our process, we risk assess every case at multiple points throughout the life cycle of a claim. It is essential for us to ensure the prospects of success remain reasonable for us and we cannot in good faith continue to pursue claims that fall below this boundary. After a full review of all medical records, our team, through many years' experience, determined your claim did not possess reasonable prospects of success. We fully appreciate this can be unwelcome news and we assure you we made this difficult decision in your best interests as the eventual outcome may not have been a successful one.
Please also be advised the deadline is not in a few weeks as our team kindly secured a 12 month extension to your limitation period to protect your position. This will allow you, should you wish to pursue your claim, to consult another firm who may view matters differently.
We are sorry we were not able to bring your claim to a full conclusion but we want you to know we are still here if you ever require further assistance and we wish you all the best.

Thanks Ian A & Bond Turner team!
I had a really positive experience with Ian A during what had been quite a long process leading up to my court date. Although the claim itself had been ongoing for some time, everything in the lead up to the hearing was handled very smoothly by Bond Turner. Transport to court was arranged for me, which took a lot of pressure off the day and made the whole experience much more straightforward.
When I arrived at the County Court, I was met by Ian, who had been appointed to support me throughout the day. My barrister handled the legal arguments and was equally impressive in how he handled me but Ian stayed with me the entire time to make sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable with the process.
Before the hearing he took the time to go through the paperwork with me and explain how everything would work. Court can be quite intimidating, especially if you’ve never been through it before, but he was calm, reassuring and very clear in the way he explained things. That really helped settle my nerves and made me feel confident going into the hearing.
I also had my baby with me on the day, which could have made things complicated, but Ian and the team were incredibly accommodating and understanding about that. They made sure I felt supported and never made me feel like it was a problem at all, which meant a lot.
Ian was professional, kind and genuinely supportive throughout the whole experience. Having someone there whose role was simply to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable made a huge difference. I’m very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend Ian and the team at Bond Turner to anyone going through a similar situation.
Happy to say I got the result I wanted thanks to them ☺️

Honestly I don’t leave many reviews unless they’re 5 stars and above. Bond turner have been absolutely amazing every single step of the way. I have my first ever accident on my motorcycle and they had everything covered without me having to lift a finger! If you need to seriously trust a place to look after you legally these guys are it! They’re ontop of your case and I only asked for a few updates and they were ahead it of every single time. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Amazing team and amazing people. My name is safi and i have recently worked with bond turner solicitors. They give me full assistance and they took worry away from me on the claim. I was not satisfied with this company…
I was not satisfied with this company at all. This was the first and definitely the last time I made a claim with them. If I had known that my case regarding my motorbike and my physical condition would be handled like this, I would never have made a claim in the first place. Even though the driver of the car was completely at fault, I would have preferred to leave it and forgive him rather than go through such a frustrating experience. Very disappointing service.
