Bonita da Madeira レビュー 

We had previously had a trip to Desertas with the same company. Before we left heard that the weather was bad so we were offered a choice - cancel or take an alternative day trip. This time however we left the dock and headed out towards Desertas. Within 10 minutes we were told that we couldn’t go as the weather was bad - the captain could see the bad weather before we left the dock but was determined to avoid cancellations today. So he said we were going to Ponte de Pargo. We and other guests asked to go back but no. An hour later we stopped at Cap Girao and were able to get off the boat and take a taxi home.

All was really good. The ship, the staff, the food, the route very beautiful.

We tried twice last week to go to Desertes Islands. The first time they said they were not going to be able to go and canceled those that didn't want to continue to the west end of the island. The second time, we checked twice the morning of the trip. We were told it was going. We got a little way out and the captain starting asking everyone if we should turn back because it was choppy and might not be able to get on the island. It was known before we left that it was windy and probably not possible to land. Some on the ship did not want to go to the west of the island even though the ship turned around. They stopped at Cabo Girao for lunch and spent the time around the area swimming (not going to Ponte do Pargo as originally mentioned). It was disappointing and third time is not going to be a charm. We'll go with another supplier. When asked how often they are able to go, they said 'sometimes'.

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time on board of Bonita da Madeira. The crew was great, we’ve had a lot of laughs.

Not good, not bad…

Superbe sortie en mer dans un bateau confortable.
Nous avons vu une baleine, des dauphins et des poissons volants.
La baignade depuis le bateau a été très agréable.
L'équipage était très sympathique et disponible.
Si vous ne savez pas quelle sortie en mer choisir, je vous conseille celle-ci.

It was easy to book online. All staff was great and friendly.
The boat was comfortable enough, enough seatings and different types of seating. What I really appreciated was the respect the staff showed towards the dolphins and whales. The boat stayed at an appropriate distance from the whales. We could easily see them but did not disturb them (unlike other boats like speedboats, sailboats and catamarans).

Great experience and lovely staff! They made the trip much more pleasant. We had the luck to see a whale just a few metes from the boat, incredible.

We had a daytrip with the sistership of Bonita da Madeira (Sunrise) to Ilha Grande (deserted island) and had a wonderful experience! A beautiful sunny day, calm sea, lovely people on board, not too crowded and staff who made you really feel welcome and comfortable. In 2,5 hours we sailed to the largest of the deserted islands. We had the opportunity to swim in the sea in front of the island. After that we had a very nice and interesting tour on the island. Sailing back and forth we encountered groups of dolphins and whales, and flying fish. Also a delicious lunch was served, and drinks were provided. The only unfortunate thing was that we didn't see the seals on or around the island. So, we just have to go back to Madeira and try our luck next time <3

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable sur ce magnifique bateau. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. C'est une expérience à taille humaine loin des gros bateaux de tourisme. L'ambiance est super, le staff se donne à fond pour qu'on puisse voir les dauphins. Je recommande vraiment cette excursion les yeux fermés. ❤️

It was good, but not 100% excelent.

Same details here and there weren't perfect.

Diogo was careful, funny and smart. He doesn't forget the nationality of the customers, to Portuguese spoke Portuguese, to Italian spoke Italian, to French spoke French. It is not nice to speak in English to Portuguese customers that actually are in... Portugal!

The small boat motor needed reparation.

Overall, it was very good, but not perfect.

We had a terrific time on the sailboat. The mast was up, the crew made sure to talk to everyone and made us feel comfortable. They were committed to trying to spot marine life. We saw whales, dolphins and turtles. Swimming was fun - the water wasn't cold at all and now I can say I swam in the middle of the Atlantic. Got to sit out on the deck. Much, much better than the big tourist boats.

We had a lovely trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Saw so many dolphins. It was great.

Nach online Buchung und voller Bezahlung mit der Option „Bar“ waren wir nicht auf der Gästeliste, wurden aber noch spontan mitgenommen; an der Bar gab es Eistee, kleine Biere und Cola für 30 € pro Person. Die Option Bar sollte unbedingt gestrichen werden, zumal dann ein erstes Getränk frei allen Gästen serviert wird. Angebracht wäre die Rückerstattung von 60 € für 2 Personen für die vermeintliche Bar.

Återbud kom sent. Det informerades om att vi kunde boka om till ett datum där vi redan lämnat Madeira men ingen information om att aktiviteten skulle återbetalas. Vi fick hjälp av receptionisten på hotellet. Men vi förstår att man inte kan göra en aktivitet med underskott. Vänliga hälsningar Antina och Daniel

The staff on the boat were very busy with each other, loudly chatting all the way. We saw dolphins, but immediately after ,the boat started the motor to go back at shore at an exaggerated speed, much too fast for a lot of people, including me, a lot of people were sick.. not really friendly, would not recommend
