Tina is an absolute gem. From the very first moment I spoke to her, her warmth and genuine care shone through like a beacon in a sea of bureaucracy.
I was stuck, desperately needing a confirmation email to move forward with an important application. I'd reached out to multiple departments with no luck, but Tina — this incredible customer service advisor — took it upon herself to make it happen.
She went above and beyond anything I'd ever experienced. Within the hour, she had personally liaised with several different teams, cut through all the red tape, and delivered exactly what I needed. Her persistence, kindness, and efficiency were nothing short of extraordinary.
Tina didn't just solve a problem — she restored my faith in what great service can be. If there were a way to give her a hundred stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. She's the gold standard.

Theory coaching and all of the tools available were all really useful and helpful. Instructor selection wasn’t ideal and the instructor I was eventually assigned was also far from ideal especially considering the dates I’d selected were immediately discarded and I was just given dates and had to re-arrange my schedule to make it work but thankfully I managed to get the result I was hoping for so alls well that ends well.

I dealt with Tina to get my wife Mary a booking at short notice. She was absolutely wonderful and helpful. What a great service. Thank you Tina!

I had started learning to drive 5 years ago however stopped when I moved for a job. I was very nervous to get going again however Lukman Younus was an amazing instructor. He was so kind and constantly listened to my concerns. Every lesson he asked me what I wanted to practice and tailored his style to my way of learning. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

I have been using these guys for a couple of months to arrange driving lessons for myself.

I think they deserve 5 stars despite having generally found the experience frustrating due to the area I live in and my financial limitations. They have been consistently looking for instructors, and have eventually found one that is suitable for me.

Their customer service is also excellent, with Olivia helping me with multiple issues and resolving them quickly and in a satisfactory manner

Easy to organise, Adiel Khan was a great instructor, I was a pretty nervous learner, but he made it fun and I passed first time!

Please please please don’t be scammed by this appalling agency!!!

I paid just over £600 for 2 hours of driving lessons, cancelled lessons, inconsistent teacher allocations and generally awful admin! I have emailed a number of times requesting a refund and have heard nothing back, even regarding a refund for my theory test, if not a full refund. I am begging you to not book lessons through this awful company. A COMPLETE SCAM

Easy to use platform that allowed me to book driving lessons for a client. I have been speaking to Sarah after the initial booking to help fine tune the details to make it easier for my client. I get the impression that nothing is too much trouble as everything is answered quickly and politely.

My driving learning experience has been one to remember. My instructor nathan is a legend and guided me and taught me everything I need to know about driving and he really is amazing! Can’t wait to be driving on my own now.

Brilliant experience, book instructor found me a driving instructor straight away, booked a theory test within great time and managed to find me a cancellation test and get me passed quickly. Alan my driving instructor got me driving so quickly, no messing about straight to it. He was very flexible when I needed him to be. Absolutely brilliant and got me passed in 22 hours when I was expecting much more.

I spoke with Tina via email and she was very helpful and very quick to get back to me which I really appreciated.

I had a great experience with Book Instructor. Everytime I contacted them, they were quick to respond. They were very helpful in allocating me to an awesome Instructor; Rhiannon Pegge. Rhiannon was patient and very professional, and that made it easy for me to pass my practical test.

I was lost in what was happening after passing my theory I sent an email and within 24 hours got a response telling me all about what’s happening from a lovely lady Olivia much appreciated from her she has been lovely to deal with
