Best for airline travel

I booked a bus ticket from Karachi to Sadiqabad for 13 March 2026 but on the given day, when I called the bus service provider to confirm my booking, they told me that they have no connection with Bookme. I called Bookme and they told that they are sorry and they will refund my ticket. But till now I have not received my refund yet despite calling them many times. Apart from creating a panic situation for the customers by informing them about last minute cancellations, they are not even taking the refund process seriously. This is the worst experience I had while booking ticket.

I had a very bad experience with Bookme. Its been 6 months they haven't refund my amount against my booked ticket. The Airline had cancel its flight as I purchased ticket from bookme, they have bound to refund my amount but till now I haven't recieved it yet

We book ticket from bookme on 30 September 2025 the ticket was cancelled and now its more than 4 months still we didn't got any refund

I add money in bookme app for buying tickets but when I try to book I received error so then I decided to book manualy. When I withdraw they take me 100 rupees service charges also on still pending

Really enjoyed the tour everything went smooth from travel to food to coming back home.

Very disappointing and unreliable service.
I booked my tickets 5 days in advance and received a booking confirmation from Bookme. Booking reference number is AXBM66031142787. However, on the day of departure, when I called the bus operator to confirm timing, I was shocked to be told that my tickets were never confirmed.

Bookme never informed us about this issue. When I contacted their support, they admitted that the tickets were not confirmed by the bus operator, yet no notification, call, or message was sent to us beforehand.

This caused unnecessary stress, last-minute panic, and completely disrupted our travel plans. What is the point of a “confirmation” if it doesn’t actually secure the seat?

Extremely unprofessional handling and zero accountability. I would not recommend relying on Bookme if your travel plans are important.

They entertain bus stands like Bahawalpur Express. I booked tickets from Bookme with Bahawalpur Express. The departure was of 8 am, but they delayed it for 2 hour and said, we have to make delay due to smog. But actually they were trying to make a deal with Skyways Express to take passengers from them.

Pathetic experience 😡❌

I booked 5 RoadMaster seats for 30 Nov (PKR 14,911). RoadMaster cancelled the trip themselves, and I had to apply for a refund through BookMe since they were holding the payment.

The refund did eventually come through, but only after an unnecessarily long delay with no proactive updates or acknowledgment along the way. It shouldn’t take this much effort to get money back for a service the provider cancelled.

Glad the payment was finally received, but the experience was frustrating and customer communication needs serious improvement.
