I had issue with getting back my refund, which was delayed by the bookme team. After the commitment for 3 days were over I complained and they took action to resolve it.

The worst experience.you reached the terminal and crew informed you about cancellation of you ticket that bookme cancelled your ticket about a day ago.you have nothing to do even it's late at night.

Such a Bad Customer Service Experience

I booked Daewoo bus tickets from Okara to Lahore through jazz cash Bookme.pk, but the ticket was wrongly booked from Okara Cantt instead of Okara City.

Just 5 minutes after booking, I contacted their support to explain that this was due to an app error (there’s no proper option for Okara City or Okara Cantt). Instead of resolving the issue, they told me they would cancel and rebook the tickets but I would have to pay an extra 30% tax/charges.

This is extremely disappointing and unfair. Such a bad service from Bookme.pk.

Highly unprofessional, Never want to refund the paid money, do delaying tactics.

Ok this is going to be an extensice review and hoping some of these issues can be solved. Been using Bookme.pk now for more than 5 years and was my go to place to book flight and bus tickets. But recently i am not that happy with the experience. First of all payment method has not been working for like the last month which has left me frustrated for hours at end. I even had to pay 40% extra on the last flight i booked because I couldnt pay from bookme and had to book directly from airline and in all this time the faur had increased by 40%. Second of all there rates are not at all competitive at all. The moat comvenient was for anyone to book online is to book via card and they are charging a lot extra on card and even on local mobile wallets such as easypaisa jazzcash and even these are not working right now. So the ticket ends up being actually more expensice and less convenient than booking it directly from the airline. Bookme has just become the very thing it had sought to end. The slow ans sluggish and sometimes sketchy ways travel agents get you airline tickets. I hope Bookme sees this review and actually addresses all these issues and if it doesnt. It surely will die out soon.

I book a car on their app from London for my Karachi stay of one week. They provided excellent service good car with good driver and in my opinion it was cheaper than having a taxi every time for your stay. It is secure and reliable and excellent cumnication through out. I thank them for very good quality service. I never seen so good service in Pakistan before that

I booked a Daewoo ticket from Rep to Lhr on 1st April 25 after reaching bus station I came to know my ticket was cancelled so I have purchase another ticket. I purchased another ticket meanwhile I called my bank for reversal of my payment I made for my ist ticket. I was informed that I have to contact Bookme as my amount was payed by bank through bookme. Since then I m contacting bookme for reversal of my payment but they have yet not reversed the payment. As per their claim they need 3-5 working days (complaint registered on 1st April) and today is 16 April. The most funny thing is that since last two days they are giving wrong statements that amount has been reversed once they are asked to share details of transaction then they say your query has been forwarded to finance department and amount will be reversed today.
Furthermore the helpline calling process is so slow that on each call you have to waste and pay for 8-10 minutes of the call. If they ask you to wait your query is being checked then add another 5 minutes. If there would have been negative stars I would have given bookme the negative star. Not recommended to be used for any type of booking extremely poor service rather pathetic.

I Book a flight from bookme and it's my 1st time experience.. by mistake I wrote not complete name of Muhammad( just Write M ) .. and I request to bookme that correct that mistake... bookme want that I will pay 30000 rupes for such an little edit ... it's really a cheap deal ... I go to Flight office directly they correct that without any charges .... have you ever feel shame ... why u want charges? for what purpose ? I will inform you 4 days before my flight ✈️ ... its not called customer services

Worst service ever

I booked a rent a car from faisalabad airport to Lahore. Paid a premium and was told that the amount paid to the contracting company is only affordable via gt road.
There is no sense of customer service or customer experience.

Call center says motorway has higher tolls so GT road is the optimal choice

Half way through the journey they asked the driver to shift to motorway from jaranwala as if customer doesn’t know anything. This attitude is the reason why people prefer not to use online services in Pakistan. Non serious, unprofessional

Worst booking app ever! I initiated a refund request on December 25 and have received absolutely no response since then. Their lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating.

If you value your time and money, avoid using this app. I'm now taking this matter to the consumer court due to their sheer incompetence and disregard for customers. Completely unreliable!

What a worst experience to buy a single ticket, this is simple software alot of bugs, give me real headache

The website is taking ages to load. I need to buy tickets for 92Disrupt event happening in December and there is no other source to buy tickets from, and this website is raising my blood pressure. Poor performance, slow servers!

When you book a Ticket if you receive the tickets or not it is not belongs to this bustered app.
Yesterday i booked and confirmed ticket for Al Yousaf Nus but the bus Service of Al Yousaf was saying your app fraud we don't have any E Tickets online services.

Very Very poor service. App is also very poor. I have forwarded many emails but nothing happened. It would be a disgrace to use bookme.pk again

My experience with this app has always been great. The feature of credits points, game credits are the great source to get more discounts through this app. THeir support team is the best. My full recommendations for this app 10/10/

Pathetic customer service, they blame you for your thier own mistake. Very unprofessional support team. They hang up on your face after 40 mins of hold and then they still repeat the same thing. I had to pay 9200 something extra just because of thier system glitch, I told them it's from your end and the website keep repeating the malfunctioning and they are not even agreeing on that. I mean is there anyone who holds them accountable for such processing? I highly condem and I regret using them

Well over a month since I applied for a refund. Not received any yet. I do not know what they think they could do with my money but they just won’t be helpful in their response. Even their reply to my email came after 18 days.
