excellent app covers almost every verticals. Especially the convenience of Airline, Bus and Car rental. hope will have the same in future.

I have used Bookme on many occasions and have had no problems until this last occasion.
Please be aware of this clause in their terms and conditions

"Bookme reserves the absolute right to cancel and refund any confirmed booking resulting from an error, or incorrect information presented on the website such as, but not limited to, pricing errors or availability errors".

This happened to me, I paid a large amount of money for a deal to hire a campervan for 10 days. The money was taken and a confirmation email was received, then after several hours I received an email stating that Bookme had made an 'inventory error' - therefore no camper.

I was then in a very difficult position, no camper, no transport, plans ruined and unable to hire another vehicle as my money had not been refunded.

I have now received the refund in full and following a further email to Bookme have now received a standard apology reply also thanking me for my understanding!!!!! If only they knew and realised the upset and disruption caused.

In future I will only use Bookme for offers of small value, the risk of the big value offers is too great and can ruin your holiday - as in my case.

When an offer looks too good to be true ............!

Very poor service and when we buy a ticket then it is not confirmed by bus staff due online issues some time you cannot travel due to their poor and dam service and also it cannot refund amount due to poor management so it has a lot of problems

bookme.pk I booked deawoo express ticket from bookme.com on 07th november i made my payment through UBL and money was deducted from my account i called bank helpline and told this problem they said u The amount has been forwarded to the company. And when I looked on this website, my payment was under processing and after some time it was canceled.

They didn't even answer the phone, Worst Customer service. Very Bad experience we suggest never book seats form Bookme.pk, always book Tickets from direct Buss Services.

Booked online tickets to Australian Maritime Museum. The booking reference number was issued (no actual tickets). Took reference number to Museum reception and it worked fine no issues. Would book here again.

Different prices depending the country you are from! Can not believe it!

Bookme service us fraud. bad customer services. The customer services representataive are abusive and arrogant including their manager. We did not refund us even 80% of our money as we called them and requeted for refund on time. The just doing lame excusises and wasted our time.This is not happen first time. I suggest you all people to use any other app yo book your tickets. Am leaving this service now as i was regular customer of bookme and they did with me like that.

No relationship this company has stolen money from me by charging my Mastercard illegitimately
