As per the review below re the car park this is exactly what has happened to me to in Glasgow while trying to pay for parking. We canât all be wrong!! Do the right thing and refund those youâve scammed!!
I have now replied to Brainstove as after what happened I didnât want to have any contact with them. My bank are managing this as fraud and Iâve had to cancel my debit card. U donât expect to be subscribing to anything whilst trying to park your car in an unfamiliar city in a NCP car park!!

I was trying to register with a parking application and Brainstove piggy backed on this. I had no idea a registration had taken place. The "emails" were all in my junk mail. A very convenient move for Brainstove . I never actually used my registration number or email address on their website. It took me time to find them online. I have now been fighting with Brainstove to refund my money. You cannot charge for a service that was never taken. This will be a battle as I again will request my refund.
I would rather like to think if I was paying for Milk, I would get a bottle of milk. If I get the bottle of milk and it is not opened it can be returned and a refund is given
Brainstove is not complaint with the consumers act of Cyprus.
