Bought Bristan basin taps to replace old taps in my daughter's cloakroom, but the cold dripped badly after 18 months. I contacted Bristan (they are guaranteed for 10 years) and they sent out a new valve. Unfortunately the new valve did not solve the problem, but after another email they sent me a new tap. Annoying that the tap was leaking but the response from Bristan has been first class.

Found leak in kitchen tap flexible hose. Contacted Bristan they identified the part. Offered plumber to do the job, gave a price and a date for their engineer to do the job or alternatively gave the price of the part for DIY. Also gave a discount on the part as this was the second time a product had been ordered. Offered Royal Mail delivery or quicker TNT delivery. Went for DIY option, quick delivery which was trackable. Part came promptly and extremely well packaged. Very pleased.

I initially rang and spoke to Tony who kindly sent me some spare parts. Sadly after my plumber had fitted them, the problem was not solved. I called back and spoke to Sheena who spoke to her supervisor and they decided to send me a new tap. It is all working perfectly now. I am delighted to not have any puddles and amazed at the wonderful, quick service suppled by Bristan. Both myself and my plumber will be recommending Bristan products to everyone we know. A product that had lasted over 20 years had failed (1901 basin tap in gold) no replacement was available and it was unlikely I'd find a ceramic cartridge replacement.
Was advised to look at the Heritage 1901 tap in antique gold - absolutely perfect - colour matched and tap style VERY similar

I have a Bristan shower, black digital box which has stopped working. The customer service team is not able to send me instructions on how to remove or replace. The manual left when I bought the property is completely different to what was fitted. No info on their website, YouTube, no where. Iâm stuck with a shower that does not work. They have given me the money for it but wonât give me instructions on how to remove and replace.

They could easily have drawn a line given the product age, but they didnât. That level of customer care builds real brand loyalty, and itâs the reason Iâll be buying from this company again.

Amazing customer service. The part I needed was worked out by a phone call and an attachment sent so that that they could see the shower and parts I had dismantled and they then identified the exact part needed ie a thermostatic cartridge. Paid £1.20 extra on the postage and it arrived the next day, superb service and my husband is happy he only lost one day showering!

The product was good quality at a reasonable price, the 10 year guarantee gave me reassurance and registering the online guarantee was easy.

The starting point is a tap of less than 2 years old that has failed. Then a incorrect part was sent out. We then had to wait 4 weeks for the parts to come back into stock. Then the delivery company took over a week to deliver for reasons that never became clear. A catalogue of problems.
However the 5 stars is because the staff on the phone at Bristan did their best to resolve these issues as they arose and were always courteous and helpful. Also when we did get the correct parts they worked well.

The bathroom basin tap was dripping. I checked my paperwork and realised the tap was still under warranty (5 years!!). I called Bristan, they confirmed the position and said the replacement valves would be posted out. The valves arrived 3 working days later and I fitted them. All working well.
Great Customer Service - I would recommend Bristan to anyone.
