I spoke with a well informed customer service agent, who was very patient and looked up the items that I needed on the computer and sold me the items directly at a lower price than the local plumbing merchant

Sourced the new part from Bristan as


Sourced the new part from Bristan as the previous part has been changed.
Annoyingly I needed to purchase the taps as well as the cartridge which increased the overall cost, replacing just one cartridge, which a bit of a disappointment.

Showe Mixer Repair

I initially enquired reference a spare part for my leaking shower mixer. The customer service agent suggested to use their plumber to supply the spare and change it at a very reasonable cost so I booked an appointment. The plumber called Ian arrived on time and repaired the unit very quickly with the minimum of fuss. I would thoroughly recommend their service and definitely use them again should the need arise.

Amazing customer service

Purchased a shower with a 5 year warranty. An issue developed which I contacted them about...they were quick in their response and replaced the product. I sometimes feel some of these large companies offer guarantees but dont follow through blaming you for the fault but Bristan were amazing and I received the replacement swiftly.

A Professional Service

Heritage staff identified the product that I required and provided me with a list of agents. The one I selected assisted me in getting the product to me within 24 hours. A professional service all round.

Guarantee is worthless - dont trust bristan

What a joke this company is the guarantees you get are worthless - had to take videos of leaking tap - then sent spare parts which are not the issue - bristan now say they can come and look but want to charge me £110 to come out - cant take the tap off because we need it for water! Had to pay the plumber to initially diagnose the issue - cheaper just to get a new tap - pointless guarantee and very obstructive bristan staff

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. We tried to order a seal missing when bought at a retailer. Kevin, technical advisor, responded quickly. The seal was no longer available but a replacement tap was despatched by next day delivery. Excellent service and great products from a UK company. Thank you. Highly recommended business.
