Delivered on time per email no issues , beds good quality for price paid. Only issue we have is with it being an ottoman bed needs weighting down otherwise opens on its own.

Excellent customer service, we were kept informed at every step of the order. This was the third time we have used this company and will definitely use them again.

We’re previous customers so happy to return. This order was for an end lift bed base so a little more complicated than previous orders.
Received all notifications in a timely manner and order was delivered on time. Item was exactly as expected. The only reason that we haven’t given 5 stars is because the on line instructions for making up the base caused confusion and necessitated calls to customer service. They need updating and /or customers need the video that we were subsequently sent. This was extremely helpful. One of the legs also arrived smashed but more were sent out quickly so easily resolved.
Otherwise really happy.

Very pleased with look of bed and mattress comfort. Pretty straightforward to assemble although delivery people can assemble at a cost.

I purchased the bed and a headboard . Photos looks perfect and super high quality. Products are not that . There is no attention to the fine details in the finishing. In addition the starting point on the padding of the headboards are too high. Needs to always be covered with the pillows else it looks really akward starting 20 cm above the mattress !. I have requested for the headboard to be replaced and they offered that at a riddclous additional fee of 230 on top of everything that I have already paid. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. If your option is between them and IKEA , maybe . Else I would take my business elsewhere !

I have bought 2 divan beds from British beds direct. The first we couldn’t fit up the stairs and they were very helpful in resolving the issue by allowing us to reorder the beds in quarters. Prompt delivery and great comms throughout both transactions.

The blanket box was exactly as described and illustrated on line.
It was easy to get fabric samples. Delivery was very prompt and all staff very courteous and helpful.

Communication could be improved. Unfortunately there was a problem with my order and the fabric I wanted was not available. The company did not tell me about this for 10 days while I waited for delivery. Eventually after I called and emailed multiple times and followed up, someone took responsibility and then my issue was followed very closely and efficiently. Correct fabric was ordered, order was expedited, a subsequent mistake (not their fault) was corrected quickly, and I ended up with the bed I wanted. So; bit of a mixed experience. Eventually all corrected

I ordered a blanket box which I received pretty quickly. Delivery was smooth and I was kept informed about the time of my delivery slot. The blanket box itself is well made and looks lovely in my bedroom. I ordered a 5ft one and it has capacity for a huge amount of bedding. Just what I needed.

Very Happy with my new headboard, nicely padded and very sturdy. Delivery was quick, great quality for a reasonably price. Worth getting a sample material which matched my bed perfectly.

Was unsure about buying the bed since I've not seen a real picture from customers in the reviews but I was very pleased when the product arrived, very nice material, sturdy pieces and a soft mattress.
The bed was easy to put together.
Delivery guys were on time, very nice and helped us carry the parts inside.

TOP CLASS company bed arrived on day given and was taken up to the room I asked for. The bed when it had the legs screwed on look great. Would recomend the company to anyone. But remember you cannot please everyone all the time I was one that was very pleased

Good quality blanket box and headboard arrived within the quoted delivery timescale. Well packaged on arrival. Great customer service, phoning on receiving order to check all details. Delivery men were very courteous and careful how they handled the goods.

Spent a fortune on a beautiful ottoman bed, bought super king size, plus headboard and mattress, not cheap, it is beautiful but within weeks the mattress started sagging, I sent off email with photos, was told that the had gone into liquidation and new owners would not honour my guarantee, I am now left with a bed that is lovely to look at but unable to sleep in, and I'm registered disabled

Had used the company before so already knew the beds were made well. This time we were under a deadline so called the company before placing the order - spoke to Adam who checked out that the beds would be made and delivered before the family event. All worked well and new bed, mattress and headboard, now looking great in the room. Family found the bed very comfy.

Since we ordered the bed online, the company has been giving us very precise timeline about the readiness of the bed and the estimated delivery time every step of the way.
The bed arrived at the promised timeline and delivered to our first floor bedroom without any hassle.
Assembling the bed is quite straightforward. The only confusion was caused by following the instruction, as the supplied parts are slightly different from the instruction and we have to do a little bit of trial and error. It would be great to have the installing instruction updated.
Apart from that, we are extremely happy with the colour and the solid made of the bed. There are so much room underneath for storage. It is the best bed that we have ever had.
