Good service, straight forward easy to deal with team, got what I wanted as expected. What I would say is that the finished product was far nicer than I was expecting and the service was refreshingly good. The colours they have are so good! A lot of the colours are exclusive to them which I really like.

Awful service
Awful service, they do not communicate with the delivery company well. They miss delivery dates, you don't get what you paid for. I ordered assembly and that order was not passed to the delivery team so they left my bed unpacked and in pieces. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
After a month the bed hasn't been assembled. I contacted British Bed Company and they never delivered missing pieces and never sent the assembly team.
The bed also got delivered in dirty boxes, the delivery team has damaged the carpet. The bed also is dirty, see the photos.
