I am not sure where to begin.

Marcus and his staff are impossible to reach, he always seems to be on holiday and unreachable. When you see him in person he is either booking his next holiday or distracted by his phone looking at instagram.

Suggest you go else where to get results.

Marcus provided a great level of support on both a new mortgage and remortgage that we've recently undertaken. I found him extremely proactive, easy to hold of and very understanding of our situation and what we were trying to achieve. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use Marcus again.

Marcus took the time to listen to my situation, was able to provide a list of options, and helped me choose the one that worked best for me. He was also good at following up with the mortgage company even as the process dragged on due to a technicality over the address. I wouldn't hesitate to use Marcus again.
