Approachable, personable and brilliant customer service from start to finish. My partner and I were clueless first time buyers and quite nervous about dealing with mortgage companies and agents etc. Marcus and Will from BRF were patient and extremely helpful from day one, talking us through the process to make sure we understood how it all worked. Their knowledge of the system meant we could borrow more than we thought, enabling us to buy a perfect first home and they were always contactable and prompt in their replies to any queries all the way up to completion.

I couldn’t speak more highly of Marcus and Browning Rose. He was incredibly up-front and helpful from the off. He was happy to move quickly and was massively flexible as halfway through the process we found another / better property.

Will and Marcus were on-hand to help with all my help to buy paperwork which can be a complete minefield, but these guys were happy to take all the stress out of this for me and get this sorted.
