In short, a great service! I was pretty sure I knew which lender to go with and what deals were available to me, however, having discussed my requirements with Marcus, we are able to find an even better product, within our affordability that allowed us to borrow more money and ultimately buy the "forever home" that we wanted. Marcus translated all the jargon and broke it down into simple terms for us, meaning would could make more informed decisions. In what is a stressful and highly emotional time, Marcus made us feel at ease throughout and managed the whole process for us.
