Cancelled first order as incorrect amount was ordered but was charged, ordered correct amount but parcel went missing. Still waiting for refund for the first order

I called with an enquiry regarding the profile of the flue gaurd. Within a very short time was promised and received photos of the product I was enquiring about. I placed an order and received the order within 3 days including a weekend. Very good quality and very sensibly priced. Very good service and help when required.
