No telephone number to talk with someone to complain about customer service or lack of it! The only number is an order number to call on and they were rude. I was trying to find out where my order was which should have been delivered the day before no email to say it had been delivered! Then when we put an email in to complain as advised they didn't even start with an apology they went straight into a defensive email.

Will not be ordering from them again! I hope they get the same customer service wherever they go in their personal life. Poor customer service terrible

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Flowers didn't arrive on time, abrupt email replies as to why. Then two of their staff were really rude on the phone, and basically told us it was our fault the flowers were late. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL company with rude arrogant staff!!!

OMG, wish I'd read the other reviews first. Ordered flowers for my mum's 84th birthday for next day delivery. They were never delivered. No update to say there was a problem. Useless company.

I ordered a ex large £40 bouquet seasonal with baubles as stated in Ellie’s Flowers invoice I received by email yesterday. It was ordered in plenty of time for same day delivery and it arrived lunch time today it was a poor bland bunch of tulips with green tree fern and 2 cones?

Wrong order, I emailed and I received an email from Margaret she said the manager could not answer until next Wednesday after Christmas!? Like WTH? Who does that in this day and age. My family kindly put the stems in water they sent a photo as we do not like tulips they knew it was wrong. I emailed the photo and was basically accused of non replacement because they have been unwrapped. How about being helpful and placing the stems in water and to do that it had to be unwrapped with pine tree branches which are hardly vase friendly. I have emailed head office.

Personally having had a floral design business for 15 years in London I would have replaced the item with the correct order and taken it myself or sent by taxi - yes the cost is down to you your error not ours - and bring back the wrong order plus your packaging. We are in the year 2023 where is your duty of care to customers and customer service? I made contact at 2.40pm today and not even a phone call to me I was told I have to wait until after Christmas. So I basically I paid ex large £40 for nothing, the manager was not available and there was no one on the premises to take responsibility. I have screen shot this message to to forward to head office, I had a reply from them they are calling me tomorrow.

Do not order of this company I ordered xmas flowers for my sister a large hand tie in a box looked nothing like the picture on the website .i I’m very unhappy with them cost 50 pound lucky if there’s 20 pounds worth of flowers absolute rip off would not recommend them to no one .

They were delivered a day late and put in a garage without notifying the owner that they were there but the flowers were beautiful and lasted ages and made the recipient very happy.

I can only speak from my personal experience with Busy Bees and I have been really pleased with the service and the flowers that my friend received today, they were beautiful, very happy, thank you 🙂

They were to be delivered on the 01/12/23 but they were delivered on the 02/12/23 about 09:30 ,The flowers were good,,the green fillers were a bit limp but were revived after a good soaking in water .
What wasn’t there was an additive sachet to add to the water to make the flowers last longer which is normal practice from florists .

They were delivered by dpd, had they had the flowers in their van at their depot since 01/12/23 ?
So for me it was four stars out of five .

Her indoors was happy and that’s all that matters to me!!!

Ordered same day delivery.

At 16:33 they emailed to say they were not going to be able to make the delivery. This was past the cut off to make an alternative.

They said they would send them the next day, however I advised that the person receiving them wouldn't be in as she was going away - hence why I paid for same day delivery.

As a result, I asked for a refund which so far has not been forthcoming.

Ordered flowers as shown on web page .The flowers that arrived were completely different from the ordered flowers .
I could of gone to a supermarket paid half the price and had 100% better bunch.
Would never use them again and 1 star is being generous
They have offered a refund but they have said they will collect delivered flowers from my 83yr mum.
Then on next breath they have refused to refund and collect wrong flowers although I had agreed for them to take flowers to get my refund .
Disgusting .
To upset a 83yr old who has been upset by the whole issue shows what a lack of care they have 4 customers .Ive also been upset as a nice gift of flowers has turned into a nightmare

I ordered a large bouquet and chocolates on line. Delivered on the wrong day by DHL who left the items on the pavement outside the sheltered housing rather than ring the recipients door bell. Large bouquet consisted of 5 flowers and a bit of greenery. Absolutely appalling customer service, have requested a partial refund but heard nothing. Definitely won't be using this company again.

We ordered same day delivery to Basingstoke hospital, they delivered the following day and left them outside a store as No one was there to receive them. Terrible customer service, claimed they had done their part as they had photo evidence. Flowers nowhere to be seen. Do NOT use this company!

I ordered for next day, but due to heavy rain they arrived swiftly the following morning, and they’re absolutely beautiful! I had read some reviews after placing my order which left me worried, but honestly, there’s been no issues at all with the quality. Customer service were really good too and when I sent in my queries I had responses straight away. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future! Thankyou Busy Bees team!

UTTERLY AWFUL- AVOID like the PLAGUE - I am so disappointed and feel completely let down by this unprofessional and incompetent business.
They ruined my only chance to leave a special and fitting tribute for a cousin's funeral. These were to be the only family flowers for an important occasion I could not attend, so I wanted something special. Because of inadequate packing and transport, the flowers arrived smashed, the arrangement was tipped over, and the stems broken. These were the words of the Funeral Director but they are not accepted by Busybeesflorist, who claims the Funeral Director, Braddicks and Sherborne, a well established business, has links with a local florist and therefore would be likely to lie about damage to cause problems for other florists such as Busybeesflorist who are not "in their pocket". Busybeesflorist has demanded dated photographic evidence of the damaged flowers which is obviously impossible as it is not part of the job of the Funeral director when preparing to conduct a ceremony.
They have therefore refused me a refund. I'm not well off but I spent more than I could afford on what I hoped would be a beautiful arrangement. This refusal adds an insult to the hurt I already feel by knowing that my floral tribute looked a mess.

Very upset with customer service - ordered flowers by telephone for stepmothers funeral - chose this particular florist as it was local to the funeral. Funeral flowers did not arrive as promised which caused a lot of distress as wanted to take pictures for my brother in Australia. When tried to contact them by phone (3 times within opening hours) no one picked up. Sent email,no response. I had travelled 200 miles to attend the funeral and was so upset. Finally made contact the following day and was told the flowers had been left in a 'safe place' . Checked with funeral directors who confirmed there was no 'safe place' to leave as they are on a main road. I had to keep chasing the florist to find out what had happened - there was no empathy given at such a distressing time.To add to my distress the florist refused to offer a refund until they had 'proof' they had not been delivered - it took one week! I would not trust this company again.

- company whingeing on the phone about 'you knew we didn't always deliver on the day requested in the Ts and Cs'
- flowers delivered the day after were squashed with the stargazer lilies' buds all fallen off
- literally Crap

It’s now the 24/9 and still no refund. Will be doing a chargeback!!

Ordered same day delivery at 9:50am for flowers for my nans 90th birthday I emailed them at half 3 they finally replied at 6:01pm to advise florist had an “emergency”

Upgraded flowers not that you can’t tell and I had to ask for my same day delivery fee back!

Would never recommend.

To think it’s acceptable to leave it until 18:07 to advise no delivery.

And flowers not worth £1

I have bought flowers with same day delivery and pay £66 and £7.99 for delivery but unfortunately never come. On the day of delivery I have received an email and they said they got problems with the delivery driver and them flowers will be delivered next day in the morning. Surprise they never come. Now I'm struggling to get my money back but unfortunately they don't answer and probably I lost the money. So before buy from the website read some reviews on HERE. They are doing victims every day and nobady take actions against them. PS. THIS IS A BIG SCAM.

Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. She lives over in North Wales and I ordered them two days before to be delivered. They arrived bang on time and were absolutely outstanding. Best experience with a florist I have ever had.

Having spent £76.94 on a same day delivery they arrived 3 days later, half dead after been in a couriers van over the weekend. The advice I was given was to water them. After giving them mouth to mouth guess what there still dead.
A romantic gesture to my wife of 30 years turned into a nightmare. I asked for a refund before they arrived, we can refund the delivery £7.99. How insulting.
Please put this review on your website with others, not the absolute rubbish that’s currently on there.
