Great product renewed ours but bolt missing for the handle. But no dramas new one sent in the post two days later. Excellent customer service, what more can you ask for? I realise it should been there in the first place but...oh to be so perfect in life.

Received a Cadac Safari Chef off my daughter for Christmas and used it for the first time over the Easter weekend. Unfortunately the Piezo Ignition Electrode wouldn't work and I had to manually ignite the BBQ
I emailed CADAC and I have had excellent communication and customer service from a lady called Carol. I received a complete replacement part and full fitting instructions the following day and I now have a fully operational BBQ 😊
Just wished the original one worked,but these thing happen and has been nice to have to battle for it to be sorted.

No Fuss Replacement of Faulty Part
Had a minor part fault (split rubber grommet) on the Cadac Trio Power Pak. Contacted Cadac UK, and they sent a replacement part. Simple great service, and I have no issues about buying their products again knowing I will be looked after without fuss.

my BBQ burner was loose due to the tread being slightly cut wrong, on contacting Cadac they provided me with not only a new burner but the adapter connection as well free of charge - highly delighted with the service and can say the bbq meets expectations and hopefully should see years of service

Do not buy
Ridiculous reply from Cadac. Go to my Facebook thread on Motorhome Madness group - a lot of people are reporting this problem with Cadac blaming user error. I have posted photos etc on there.
Do not buy! Bought a Cadac, used it a few times while in our Motorhome. The base at some point has been on fire. Reported to Cadac as faulty - they inspected it an said it would be user error! Absolutely disgraceful and potentially very dangerous.

Great after care service. The fat pan arrived from the retailer slightly damaged. They contacted Cadac who immediately resolved the issue. Thank you, we can go on our first caravan trip now.

Superb customer service and products
Super impressed with CADAC UK. The quality of the camping products is superb, but I was even more impressed by the customer service I received. I had an issue with my order and got an instant response from customer services who went out of there way to sort my issue within a day. Excellent customer services staff who couldn't do enough. Not used to that in the UK if I'm honest. A special thanks to Carol.

Resolved manufacturing fault…
Our Cadac had a manufacturing fault with the supplied bag (stitching fault on internal zip) and damage to a cooking surface. The retailer contacted Cadac and Cadac promptly replaced both items.

Great after sales service
I bought my Cadac Carri Chef just over a year ago. Absolutely love it and we use it whenever we’re away in the caravan. It developed a fault recently which meant I couldn’t increase the heat. The knob turned but it didn’t heat up. Cadac took the product back with no questions asked (they sent me a code which meant they even paid for delivery) and took ownership of the problem, updating me as they went. It seemed it needed a new part and cleaned out and they undertook the work before delivering it back. Again, no questions asked. Great after sales service and based on the amount it’s been used and my recent experience I would highly recommend. We love it!

Our Cadac Safari Chef burner problem
Our Cadac Safari Chef developed a problem with the burner which I reported to Cadac. It was under warranty. Cadac sent me some suggestions by e mail which didn’t solve the problem. I then returned the unit to them and it was repaired and sent back to me in 3 days. I was very impressed with the service.

Fantastic support, very impressed.
I purchased the last (display) Citi Chef 50 from a local store and discovered when I got home that the ignition did not work and the drip cup was missing. As I received a discount from the store and knowing they were now out if stock I was happy to contact Cadac to purchase the required parts. The support team were excellent and responded very quickly. They requested for me to send the Cadac to their technicians and provided a pre-paid postage label. Just over a week later I was contacted again by the support team who confirmed that the ignition had been repaired and they were returning the item to me, also with a replacement drip cup, all free of charge. Very happy with the service received, 5 stars.

I purchased a Grillo Chef 2 BBQ a really nice piece of kit, however I did have a problem with the burner unit would not come apart, due to the tolerance of the male connection on the burner stem, with burner unit itself only after using the BBQ three times, I contact Cadac direct with the problem and sent an email with a photo and receipt along with the serial number on the request of Matt at Cadac , who was very helpful, during our conversation I mention we were going away within a week and was hoping to use the BBQ whereby he stated he would see what he could do and within 48hrs I received the replacement parts, which is without a doubt excellent service, I would recommend Cadac for customer service, Well done Matt

Attrocious Customer Service
I recieved a defective Meridian 4 burner built in grill. (Manufacturing mistakes I can deal with, they happen everywhere). I contacted Cadac immediately on discovery of the defects and recieved a ticket number almost immediately.
Almost 3 weeks later I have had no contact from cadac despite repeated attempts from me to get a response. I have an outdoor kitchen waiting for this unit to go in, and have been left pretty much in the dark as to what is happening.
Attrocious customer service. I am a long time CADAC customer, and love their equipment, but this I am afraid is the end for me.
Update: Cadac have been in contact with me and will replace the parts with no issue.

Cadac Chef 2 Pro bag split on 3rd use. Emailed & got fast response asking for proof of purchase & a photo of the fault. Again, received a fast response with shipment details of a replacement.
Can’t fault the service & response times.

DANGEROUS avoid at all costs.
Their GAS BBQ’s are dangerous.
Avoid at all costs.
The plastic base on ours melted for the company to turn round and say it was user error.
Shouldn’t use it in wind and the gas pipe must not have been fitted correctly.
It’s a BBQ to be used outdoors when does the wind not blow in the UK.
Now I’m now scientist but surely the base of a BBQ should not be plastic.
Take a look at the Cadac Facebook group and you will see that this is a common occurrence on these BBQ’s clearly not fit for purpose.

Bought Cadac E Braii in July and the display showing the temperature failed on the second use. I also bought the recommended paella pan which doesn’t heat up properly. Contacted 10 days ago via email and still waiting for a response.
