Very bad experience to choose them , they're team not know the company criteria, after a 2 week connection to sell and buy the car they said it's not in company criteria.

Terrible experience—zero accountability!
I sent my car in for a routine service, but on the way back, the service company's driver punctured my car tire. Instead of taking responsibility or helping me resolve the issue, the supervisor completely refused to offer any support.
They caused damage to my vehicle and left me stranded without a care. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy management. Avoid this place if you value your car and customer respect!

Very poor service and not good for selling vehicles to them.
They will low ball the car seller by giving the scrap price around AED 2000 for a car worth AED 15,000

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Cars24

I purchased a 2-year service package from Cars24, and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

There is no direct way to contact customer service. You have to request a callback, wait for an agent to call at a random time, and if you miss it, repeat the entire process. Even when connected, agents seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving issues.

I simply requested a pickup address change for a service scheduled two days later. The agent initially tried to pass the responsibility to someone else, followed by an unprofessional message from an unknown number saying only “Location.”

Their Dubai service centre has been “temporarily” shifted to Sharjah for over a year. Pickup and drop-off are outsourced to rude drivers who sometimes try to cancel evening pickups because they don’t want to drive through Sharjah traffic.

To make matters worse, they claim power issues every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, leaving only four days for servicing and making appointments extremely difficult.

I paid a substantial amount for a 2-year service contract, not to chase agents, deal with excuses, and beg for services I have already paid for. Zero professionalism, poor accountability, and absolutely disappointing customer service.

I just receive my car perfectly. Thanks to Symone who gave me full history of the car. Thanks.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Cars24 – Poor Vehicle Inspection and No Proper Resolution

I purchased a 2023 Renault Duster from Cars24, expecting the car to be properly inspected and delivered in good condition. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

When I went to inspect and test-drive the car, I specifically noticed that the left front tyre was losing pressure and asked the Cars24 team to check and fix the issue before handing over the vehicle. I trusted them to take care of this problem, but apparently, my concern was not taken seriously.

After purchasing the car, I discovered that the tyre problem had not been properly resolved. I was left with no choice but to take the car to a tyre shop myself and pay AED 320 out of my own pocket to fix a problem I had already reported before purchasing the vehicle.

This is completely unacceptable. As a customer buying a used car from a professional company, I expect basic safety issues to be addressed before delivery, especially when they have been explicitly pointed out to the staff.

What makes this experience even worse is that I had to spend my own time and money correcting something that should have been handled by Cars24. I contacted their team, provided evidence of the issue, and requested a refund, but the whole situation has been frustrating and disappointing.

I paid for a car, not for unresolved problems that were already reported before the purchase.

Based on my experience, I strongly question the quality of Cars24’s vehicle inspection process and the way customer concerns are handled. A company selling used cars should take responsibility for issues reported before delivery instead of leaving customers to deal with the consequences.

I expect Cars24 to take responsibility for this situation and reimburse the AED 320 I spent fixing the tyre.

Think carefully before purchasing a car from Cars24. My experience has shown me that even when you report a problem before buying, you may still end up paying for it yourself afterwards.
