Cars24 UAE レビュー

Charlyn thank you for your support and guide for my new car.

I am always following up with my car refund but it took a long time and will just tell that the team will back, its very dangerous to trust this company for their false advertisement.i hope everyone should be careful.

Charlene, she is so sweet

The service was ok on day 1 Derick assisted us ,next visit he was off and Manoj assisted us we found the car we wanted and made a decision right there, they lack communication and need to improve,if you don’t follow up sometimes they won’t say anything which let me to waiting for the whole process for 1 month, the handover was handled by Charlyn and she was helpful.

Very bad experience I faced when I asked to refund an amount since 16 of September and every time I contacted with customer service they promised me someone will contact with me they given promises only but in reality nothing happened and still my problem is not resolved till now my booking id is 19A78Q

Charlyn was very helpful and professional. Very efficient. Car in good shape.

The worst experience with cars4me specially on sheikh zayed road world trade center they are litter doing scam with people all there cars are big accidental all the American car’s they are saying lie that its GCC providing all false information and taking deposit and the time for refund making drama no responds for call and msg you have to run behind them its personal experience the staff name was mahrukh before token she was very professional once the token done and we remove the car history she start ignoring call and msg no respond for amounts refund complete scammers

Charlyn was quite helpful and fast during the handover process. Teresa during the entire process was very helpful. Overall the test drive and purchase was a very convenient and fast experience. Very supportive staff
