Honestly the lack of communication was very frustrating. We paid for a car on Friday and were told by the sales representative that we could collect it the next day. Once we made the payment none of the team replied to our messages and continued to hang up on our calls. Once we finally got through the team member said it was his off and we need to respect that (even though we had no prior warning to this). We only received the car on Tuesday night which wouldn’t have been a problem if they communicated that with us.

On the hand over I had Charlyn who was very professional and helpful and deserves a 5 star review for her alone. If only she could have handled the whole transaction I’m sure it would have been a much more pleasant experience.

I had the most horrible experience with Cars 24 . I posted my car for sale and I wanted to edit and adjust the price. However, I couldn't do that. I told their customer service and they said they would do it. No one has done it. They kept on calling me but couldnt solve my problem. I told them not to call, they said ok, but again they call one after the other. yet no one solved my problem. this is my fifth day without a simple problem not solved. A huge disappointment.

Someone from cars24 saw my car advertised on another platform and hounded me with messages and calls multiple times a day to sign up to cars24. He made a lot of promises and as soon as I signed up he dissappeared - no response to messages, didn’t answer calls, didn’t call or message back. I was promised an end to end experience and daily check-ins with promises of high demand for “my” vehicle. I didn’t expect much from this platform but I signed up willing to give it a go and hoping to be proven wrong. Unfortunately I was proven right. My advice would be if you want to sign up have no expectations that promises will be met and be prepared to get call after call, message after message until you have paid the money and then expect nothing. I’d heard good things about cars24 however super disappointed overall.
