Very disappointing experience with CARS24 UAE. The car was advertised with a manufacturer warranty until 2030, but Mitsubishi confirmed the warranty cannot be transferred.

The purchase process was also extremely poorly managed, with constant follow-ups required and very poor communication and replying back to messages.

Despite the warranty issue falsely advertised, CARS24 refused to refund my rightfully AED 1,000 booking fee.

I have wonderful experience with Sherouq and Ahmed Mira. I have requested for the car collection on short notice and the arrangements were made in a smooth manners. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍

I sent my car to them on 26 June 2026 for minor maintenance, but after more than six weeks, it still has not been returned to me.

During this period, the car was involved in an accident while in their custody, and additional issues were later discovered.

The biggest problem has been the lack of communication. I received repeated promises and followed up multiple times by email and WhatsApp, but I still have no clear delivery date or proper resolution.

I have now had to escalate the matter through an official consumer complaint in Dubai.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CARS24. A simple minor maintenance visit has turned into more than six weeks without my car, with extremely poor after-sales support and communication.

From the start of showing the car till the end of delivery was perfect. James gave a great start to show the car and then Abhishek took over for the processing and all went smooth and great. Also Ms. Symoune was wonderful during her hand off
