The order arrived in perfect condition and properly thermally isolated (maintaining the cold chain). We ordered some Argentinian style chorizos, which we couldnât find anywhere else in London, and they were superb (the flavour is totally different from any sausage you may find in the supermarket). We also ordered some dough for empanadas which we have to try yet, alfajores from the new Mar del Plata flavour from the brand Havanna, chimichurri spices and Yerba. Itâs amazing to be able to get access to these Argentinian goods through this store, which are so hard to find in the UK! :)

They have great products and very good prices. Always deliver on time. Customer support is fast. Sadly, they didn't stay on top of expiration due dates for yerba Mate, and it wasn't published when I bought a large order to stock up for a year that there were some expiring in a couple of months. I have ordered many times and this only happened once. Customer support said stock was vast and they didn't have time to always update due dates on the webiste. I get that. They didn't really offer a partial refund, or apologize... just thanked me for the feedback. In the UK, I expected better. But like I say, product quality is fab. Will probably buy again.
