Can I leave no star this casino steal your money.And they are rude to
I won 3000 got email saying t hey were sending transfer and only 1000 I got back image mistake sent them more money they did not sent all that back.What the told me is the rest of the 2000 goes to bonus if you m win in future. This is not right this is steal money or a scam .
When I write them they said there financial people decided to make decisions how much to send back
What would you call that I say stealing money from people
I have all the pic of the emails they sent me and the write up what they told me about bonus.Im done with playing there. Can I post pic of it all let me know.its so un fair.
What is really sad is I have a new grand daughter that was born sick and I was going to put money aside for her she has mosaic syndrome she is a beautiful baby. But then

Horrible

Horrible. Would not recommend anyone play this site unless you have an actual bank account. I think it's BS you accept money from online banking but won't let anyone withdraw using it. And if it's because the online banking won't accept it , then you shouldn't accept payment that way or block it and warn your players. Now I have 200 bucks I can't get on top of all the money I've spent over the months and barely won anything. The one time I do , can't do anything about it. And they told me "you can open up a bank account ' that was my suggestion. I'm not going to open up an account just for that. So basically I'm screwed. So unless you have an actual bank account don't waste your money on this app or site.

Poor Poor company overall

Poor Poor company overall. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and am a VIP member and still waiting to get payment for my winnings. This is along with sister sure Black Lotus have had me waiting since April. I will tell you not to buy into their bonus bullshit since you won’t receive your winnings.

SCAM ARTISTS

SCAM ARTISTS...avoided paying me out by claiming all of my winnings came from one offer whereas it came from a number of deposit matches and playthroughs...completely voided all my winnings AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Any of the Genesys casinos are scams

Any of the Genesys casinos are nothing more than a scam. Their "bonuses" are useless and they will find every excuse not to pay you what you win. I won $2020. They adjusted it by subtracting $150, then they didn't pay me for over 3 weeks. When I finally got my withdrawal it was for a measly $130 with the excuse that I could only win $150 on the bonus. Their support is God awful. I also played at Jackpotwheel. They sent me an email to join their "sister casino" Black Lotus. Whne I tried to join it wouldn't except my email. I spoke to Alexa from support and she gave me 30 free spins on Big Game, however the original offer was for 50 Free spins on Eagle Eye and a 200% deposit bonus. When I questioned her about it she ended our chat. BOGUS RIPOFF ORGANIZATION>>>>DO NOT PLAY!!

won 8k with a match bonus and tried to cash out but they told me that i can only. cash out up to 1k and the remainder will be forfitted. Free money is never free.,

Don’t ever play at this casino!!!!!!!

Don’t ever play at this casino all they do is give you the runaround for weeks on end trying to find every reason they can not to have to pay you out every single time you win. Lose their number forget their website. These people suck at life let alone their job. Do yourself a favor put your money elsewhere.

Have you no shame ?!

ABSOLUTELY SCUMBAGS. I won $7500. Only asked for the minimum "according to the fine print". They use Obfuscation tactics in order to avoid payment. Not to mention the predatory practices and deception. I gave theses casinos my money for more than a year. Now im on a mission to expose all of them. 🤞

We understand your frustration; however, your claims do not accurately reflect the situation.

There was an internal discrepancy regarding the applicable maximum withdrawal, which was identified and corrected. Your withdrawal has since been approved at $1,000, in line with the correct terms. This was communicated to you.

The delay was due to this clarification and a separate verification communication error, both of which have now been resolved. Your payment has been prioritised for processing.

We would also like to note that this matter relates specifically to Lake Palace, however the same complaint has been posted across other brands where no such issue exists.

We ask that statements about “non-payment” and misconduct are reconsidered, as this is not the case here.

Absolutely poor customer service

Absolutely poor customer service; cannot give specifics on withdrawals. I am now waiting going on two weeks to receive my withdrawal...RIDICULOUSLY SLOW PAYOUTS.
It's a little late for providing you with my account information after previously trying and trying, and I've already heard your excuses. The first account representative congratulated me on my win and told me that $150 had been subtracted because I won on a "free game." The second customer rep just disconnected. The thrid customer rep congratulated me on my win and told me you had a back log of withdrawals and that was what took so long to get my withdrawal....no one NOT ONE customer rep mentioned that I wasn't eligible for the full withdrawal because it was a "free game." When I finally did get my withdrawal, it was for a measley $130, not the almost $2000 I had actually won, again a fourth rep THEN said it was because I wasn't entitled to it because it was a free grame.

CASINO GRAND BAY IS A SCAM, STAY WAY THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR WINNINGS!

Initiated a withdrawal on March 3 of my 1K usd winnings, it is now the 18th, and they refuse to give me my money. They keep saying its flushed, finance team is backlogged, excuses after excuses, apologizing for the delay, etc. Will be reporting them. STAY AWAY from this Casino, Do Not give them a penny as you will never see your money if you end up winning.

Just as you.would.suspect, an overseas casino looking for every possible reason to NOT pay you. I played here for a couple years,when I was on vacation, and never won til this year. Except I couldn't cash out because they kept telling me I had to play out my bonus requirement. Well I hadn't used any bonuses in days because I knew I wanted to cash out. Guess what. You win a bonus game on a slot game ...it counts. Bull.... Never.gomna spend another second on this site

Make sure you read this! Hope you have better luck than I did

I was so happy today!!! Opened my mailbox and got this beautiful card and was so excited to play! Signed up and not only did they give me $125 but I got 50 Free Spins. I won I think $9 on my free spins but that somehow disappeared as soon as the free spins were over and I was back to 125. SO I'm confused. Did I waste my time with those free spins? So then I go to play the 125 and literally lost it all in 5 min!!! I was about to deposit $$$ right before that but now I'm not going to lie. I'm a little hesitant only because I like to at least win a little before I deposit. But I'm going to keep an eye on the reviews and if I see anymore good reviews besides the one. I have been bursting at the seams to share my experiences from the last few months i have won and withdrew like 5 to 6 times. Last week I won and withdrew at Casino Grand Bay Nine Hundred thirty four dollars and sixty cents to be exact. I was a little nervous because I had never cashed out with Wire transfer and it was a process my first bank sent it back, even though they said they accepted international wire deposits, the amazing customer service gentlemen emailed me a list of banks that do successful wire transfers and after reopening my account with one of those banks the withdrawal came through, I was so happy. And I should mention the reason I had to withdraw wire transfer and not bitcoin is because i had deposited that time via CC. I am now awaiting two more withdrawals one from Black Lotus Casino and another from Grand Eagle! And Grand Eagle I should mention i won a few weeks ago and I actually thought well Ill play but probley wont win but i did again 367 dollars this time. I figured most casinos probley have a system that stops you from winning if you just won but i won again and its been approved i should get the two im waiting for on Monday or Tuesday! Wanted to share these things with all of you. And I also wanted to mention the first time I won and succesfully cashed out with this group of casinos was with Bella Vegas in 2024 I believe and that was bitcoin and I had done a deposit match bonus as I have onme almoost all these wins I think. Beware of this Site. Technical Issues Cause Loss of Funds

Beware of this site. I would make bets and then a technical issue would arise. From that issue, the money bet would disappear from my account. I would have to raise a complaint for a refund. The biggest issue is I was unaware of this for quite awhile, but then figured it out. If you are on this site, you should be aware of this issue. Ill bet it happens to other people as well, and its hard to notice.
