JumbaBet is just one of many sites that The Genesys Group or TDPlaywinLimitada operates. So that means every single one is NOT an online Casino. Due to the fact that Casinos actually pay their customers. I recently got robbed by this operation from their Lucky Creek site. Where I legitimately won $2052 but got screwed out of it. That is partially my fault I suppose since back in 04/2023 I was robbed for the first time by JumbaBet for $1231. Where I made my mistake is not doing my due diligence in vetting that both sites were owned by the same shady, thieving and cheating group. Since I realized there are the same operation, I have been sending factual data back and forth with TDPlaywinLimitada (shit, it’s right in the name). I kept all the correspondence, notes and documental evidence from back then and am trying to get them to do the right thing but it doesn’t appear that they are going to be honorable. So now I’ve had it! I am throwing everything consequential at them! I mean everything! They will wish they would’ve just paid me my winnings cause when I’m done they will be paying millions in fines!
IN SUMMARY, DO NOT EVER PLAY AT ANY OF THEIR SITES. I will get the entire list if them and repost for the safety of future players.

You guys are lying! You haven’t reached out to me. You guys already snubbed me out. Sent me some falsified document that doesn’t even match your site’s regular format. Trying to fraudulently still get away with not paying me my legit $1231 I won but you shady liars closed my account, returned my $251 in deposits yet are trying to claim that I decided to reverse my withdrawal on a whim.. after fighting you guys for over a week to get my money and lost it all playing? An absolute scam of an app it literally just takes your money. But when you win “bonus cash” and play the games with the “bonus cash” you start winning, but as soon as you use your deposited money it just takes your money essentially. It’s also complete BS that you don’t get to even withdrawal the bonus cash that you win it stays in the game.

Absolutely one of the worst online casinos. They have a horrible bonus pay policy. You can win thousands of dollars but if any of that is from bonus winnings they will only pay you $100. It’s going on 4 weeks now and they still haven’t paid me my money. They said they paid on the 27th of March but my bank says there is no record of them sending me anything. They want me to wait till I get my bank statement at the end of this month to prove to them I didn’t get it. Don't waste your time or money. They tell you thing and switch it around. And will take your winnings without a second thought. They'll tell you to this and then do that but it's just an endless loop of lies. And if they decide to pay you, it'll be on their time. They do not follow their own rules or guidelines.

Banking and rules state after the withdrawal is flushed on a bitcoin it takes 3 days to get money and I still haven't received my withdrawal and it will take almost two weeks from what I was informed by some people on live chat many different excuses and basically lies. I processed my withdrawal on June 28th and even after almost seven days still no money showing in my bitcoin account that should have been sent by now. Sick of this casino now. I was having trouble finding my withdrawal, even though they said it went through. On of the Jumbabet Hosts was very patient and helped me locate the deposit (it was in the wrong account). I was very impressed with the prompt response to my questions.

Numbs bet is a scam I won 8000 dollars I waited 4 days and received nothing when I called them and asked about my money I was told that they were keeping it because they gave me a bonus I never knew I got. Do not play this game they will steal your money

TERRIBLE!!!! I withdrew my $700 after playing through multiple bonuses and after over a week saw it was reversed saying I was sharing my account. They even gave me some outrageous name of a person that I have never heard of. Why would I share my account, please just give my money!!!

Horrible. This casino allows you to deposit using so many different ways but the withdrawals are terrible. I deposited using credit card and it was fine. I also got a bonus and played through the requirements and tried to cash out the $100. You can withdraw through wire transfer however even though I submitted all my acct info and my banks Swift code for international wire transfer they stated that they my bank does not accept international wire transfers which it does. I called my bank and they walked me through how to receive the money internationally. I gave up then tried to withdraw the only other way which is Bitcoin and I could not do that either because they require that 50% of your deposits must have been made with Bitcoin. I will never play here again even though I really enjoyed the games. If you cannot withdraw your winnings why bother. They make it so difficult to withdraw.

Do not be deceived by JumbaBet's offers.

They appear to be a decent casino as they offer a wide variety of bonuses. However, much like most casinos, they require high play throughs for an extremely low payout.

For example, they gave me 75 free spins for a game. I won a mere $44.24, but was required to playthrough $2,654.40. In the end, I would only be able to receive $25.00.

But if you think you can withdraw just that $25, that isn't an option. They require you to have at least $100 at the minimum to withdraw. And like other casinos, they try to use the KYC as an excuse for delays in payout.
