I’ve reviewed this site in the past. I’ve learned to understand this industry better. And honestly I would rate this hire but after having waited 3 weeks with my request stuck in flushed by the “ finance team”, my rating is lesser. It’s definitely disappointing

It took 5 weeks to payout winnings requested. I’ve had winnings paid out before no longer than 3 weeks. 5 weeks was too long

Worst experience ever i hit for 10k they sent me 900 and voided my account .. best part is they claim I won of deposit boost but took my 9000$ away .. I’m not goin down with out a fight .. the shit that pisses me off is that they lie a lot . But thank god for screen shots and recorded conversations

the machines are relatively tight ,but the real problem is getting paid the first time i cashed out it took 2 1/2 weeks, That's just ridicules, then god forbid if you are stupid enough like me to accept there so called bonus the play through is murder and you are limited in how much you can cash out.

Shocking service, ordered for a New Year’s Eve party for over £100 on delivery, they cancelled the order and refused to refund the money.

Will be taking further action and reporting.

Pre ordered food at 9am for New Years Eve party and our order got cancelled without our knowledge. Completely ruined our night with guests tonight!!! Rude unhelpful customer service.and Uber Eats were shocking too!!! Over £100 worth of food went missing!!!! Disgusting service who didn’t even try to rectify situation. December 2024

Pre-ordered at 9am on NYE and they let us down at 6, they cancelled the Uber Eats order and denied responsibility and constantly lied. Avoid like the plague

I went for my birthday with husband and two friends, great service and food was excellent. We couldn't even eat all all dishes tasty. Tasty dishes, it has been many years since we last went due to moving 35 miles away, but definitely worth the drive, look forward to going again soon.
