Adam Jarrett, and his team, were amazing, he and this company is hugely helpful, super quick response time, highly knowledgable and solve problems quickly and smoothly. Honestly a rare find for a company that provides quality goods, super fast delivery and post sales help well beyond what I expected (and beyond what they were obliged to offer!). Honestly, skip Amazon and go with these guys, they answer calls, with “Hiya (name)!” and just go above and beyond. Adam and Lamont, you deserve pay raises. Many, many thanks. Lillyputt Minigolf

Lamont was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient whilst working through some very complicated technical coding issues. I have been using CCTV Direct for about 3 years now and think say they are a really top performing company who will become big.
Their kit is good quality and reasonably priced. The sales staff are really helpful and friendly. Their customer care is unusually good compared to a lot of organisations nowadays.. I can fully recommend them.

The customer and technical service from Daniel Lee was exceptional. I had been trying for ages and his skill and expertise in solving my problem was fabulous.

I called CCTV Direct Technical Support with a UniView networking question. The call was answered promptly by Daniel Lee who then went on to answer my question immediately with the perfect solution.
